Prompt delivery of a good reasonably priced item of clothing

The item we ordered arrived on time and it is exactly what we wanted

The product is great value for money. Also, when the courier failed to deliver the parcel, this company resolved my problem by immediately sending a replacement. 5☆ service

While my order still hasn’t been delivered as it’s being delivered from Evri all I would advise to people is that be mindful when ordering something and expecting it to be delivered on a certain day as we all know what evri is like, evri was supposed to delivered on Thursday afternoon which then going pushed to Thursday evening then it didn’t turn up and from then I haven’t heard anything about my parcel only that evri has my parcel and being processed again which was Friday morning and well today’s Saturday and i still haven’t had an update
So just be mindful

Ordered a paw patrol hoodie for my sons 3rd birthday present after being washed once the colour has faded, real shame as he had found lots of items he liked on your page but won’t be buying anymore items, thought it would have been better quality.

My mom ordered my Christmas present from Vanilla Underground and they used the ever unreliable EVRI to deliver it…. EVRI didn’t bother to find her address and delivered the package to a building a 5 minute walk away from her building, and they showed a photo of it left outside on the street! We contacted Vanilla multiple times about this and Vanilla are refusing to refund or even understand that (with proof) the package was delivered to A TOTALLY DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN WHAT WAS ON THE PACKAGE… we went to the persons address that EVRI left it at and the package was gone. we have sent proof of the address pin pointed on the EVRI tracking number map compared to where the address on the package is, given proof from EVRI themselves, Vanilla still refuse to resolve. It’s like a robot is reading the emails not an actual human. So now I am without a Christmas present and we also had our money stolen because of a careless EVRI delivery person + Vanilla’s unprofessionalism. Expect an open Paypal case incoming! I also am a regular customer of Vanilla myself and will no longer be purchasing from them ever again for the stress of this situation

My daughter saved for a Pusheen sweater. Wanted to ensure we bought from a licensed retailer. Sadly the sweater screenprint cracked within a few washes. Poor quality, perhaps print curing issue. Contacted the customer service and they could not care less. No solution offered.

I bought a couple of t-shirts and a set of pyjamas. It feels like very good quality, the colours in the prints were bright and accurate. Good sizing of the items. So much to choose from, feeds the nostalgia. The website was easy to use and purchase from, delivery was quick.

Emailed them as a jumper was advertised at 12.99 but once added to basket changed to 23.95

They emailed back saying it was a error and now the price is changed
Yes to the higher price . Not even a discount or anything to actually buy the jumper. Safe to say I didn’t purchase . Bad customer service

It was brilliant they are so soft and comfortable the Griffiondor Harry Potter Women's pyjamas.

Would give it a full 5 but due to it being sent with evri and evri having lost so many parcels of mine it made me more nervous for it to arrive. It did arrive safe and sound thankfully

Service was good - Just the XL cat suit is very small in reality for my 10 year old. I think sizing is wrong.

I ordered an item for my son. This was cancelled and refunded saying they had no stock. Why advertise if you cannot fulfil an order? He was very disappointed.

Turtles t-shirt was good fit, just a bit smaller than a lot of my other medium sized t-shirts. Lounge pants were nice and cozy. Just a pity there was no pockets. Both items were posted separately as they were sent from 2 different departments, would have preferred them in the same package.
