Sadly an extremely rude and dishonest individual who sends very rude and upsetting messages calling names, (such as calling me a "bi**h" "bully" "dictator" "narcissist" she told me to "sue me" and that she did not give a "**** about legals". Total lack of appreciation that we were a paying customer who had contracted her services which she failed to either appreciate or fulfill. she took more than full payment for our pieces then totally missed the deadline by over 3 weeks then refused to either deliver or allow us to collect our unfinished items when we had had enough of her behaviour and withheld all our money. Totally fails to understand you cannot withhold a persons items and money! She also does other people's work whilst supposedly working on yours then says its more work than she though despite her having sourced the items herself and supposedly being an expert in refurbishment

Please please do NOT use the person!

Lack of professionalism throughout and distinct lack of customer focused service.

Issues experienced:
1. Dimensions wrong for the unit bought for refurbishment. Alterations having to be made which resulted in changes to unit height / cross bar removal.
2. Dimensions wrong THREE TIMES for bowls we chose. Results in copious amounts of unexpected time spent by us to source alternate bowls with changing goal posts.
3. Abrupt and rude text messages regarding bowls when Karla became evidently frustrated that we weren't able to choose straight away, despite our choosing a bowl 3 times to be told we subsequently couldn't have it.
4. Necessity to add a plinth when we explicitly asked not to do this.
5. 1 week delay in delivery date.
6. Further week delay in delivery (with 0 hours notice) as she explained, due to Karla not confirming with delivery people in advance.
7. Agreeing final payment on receipt of goods to then backtrack and demand final payment upfront or non-delivery.
8. Delivered unit measurement out by 1cm, we'd already gone to the max width and had to change bathroom to accommodate, at extra cost to us.

Would avoid using and could not recommend.
