Just terrible product and no warranties customer service. Purchased a new 6.0 Ah Vanon lithium battery for my Ryobi blower and it worked ok for about 8 months. It performance then deteriorated from 17 minutes use time to 7 minutes. My spare Ryobi battery and Lion Battery which are 5 and 3 years old get alternate use and still good for 17 minutes use. Vanon Battery came with written 5 year replacement warranty. I contacted Vanon over 12 times by email, and returned battery at my cost to their Australian Head Office at South Dandenong Victoria with explanatory note. Still no response after 6 weeks. They have no customer contact number and now I know why after my experience and reading these other reviews. Hence I cannot recommend product, it is substandard, warranties are not honoured, their strategy is to ignore complaints.

I agree with a previous review. I also bought a 6Ah battery off e-bay. Worked fine until needed to charge for the first time. Ebay seller won't respond even though it has a "5 year warranty". These batteries are complete rubbish.

Bought a "supposed" 6Ah battery off e-bay. Would only last about as long as my 3 year old genuine Ryobi 4Ah battery. After about 6 months it would no longer run for more than a few minutes after a charge. Ebay seller of course won't respond even though it has a "5 year warranty". These batteries are complete rubbish. Save your money and get the genuine Ryobi ones.

Bought 2 18v batteries for my Rigid drill. Charged them when I first got them. Used the drill once. When I started to drill it quit after about a minute. I put it in the charger, the charger would not start. These batteries are junk. A waste of money.

I bought 2 6ah ryobi replacements and the usual happened.
They charged once and never again.
If I could have given them a minus star I would have.
They are a pure profit for nothing outfit
AVOID.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Bought a "Dewalt DC9091" 14v battery.Charged it and it was pitiful.So I charged it again and got the same result.Their battery weighs 250g less than an original Dewalt.My guess is only half the cells are inside the plastic case..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR PRODUCTS ARE RIP OFF RUBBISH!.

Purchased a battery through eBay. Lasted less than 8 months and started to malfunction. EBay seller advertised a 5 year warranty. EBay seller will not respond to emails and Vanon reported that they will not do anything because I did not buy directly from them. Buyer beware.

If I could leave less than 1 * I would. These batteries are complete junk and what is worse the company will give you the runaround and yeah eventually you can return it but you're going to pay half the original price in shipping fees plus a restocking fee. Don't waste your money just go to Home Depot and buy an original Ryobi battery yes you will pay more but it will actually work and it will last and if there are any problems you can return it to Home Depot. This company is a joke and they are ripping people off

Take great care. They work, they are powerful. The moment your tool starts to smoke because they have overpowered it. All that money saved on batteries is lost in paying for a replacement tool. So, yes, use them, but gently.

Vanon does not honor their warranty. They make excuses until the warranty expires. I wrote 29 emails and 8 Facebook Messages.

I bought 2 - 18v Dewalt replacement batteries and they are junk. They charge up but will not hold a charge long enough to even finish a small job of drilling a dozen holes. Buyer beware, DO NOT waste your hard earned money on these batteries. You will be sorry that you did.

We ordered 2 batteries from this company. When we received and tried to charge them, they remained dead. After jumping thru hoops to return them, the company tried to say the batteries remained dead because of our charger. It cost me $13 to return to them which they refused to refund back to me. We ordered 2 more batteries from another company, charged them, and they work just fine.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SELLING FAULTY PRODUCTS!!

I bought a 2 pack 3000mAh replacement battery for my blower. This is a great deal. These batteries are strong and powerful. But It's a little harder to get them secured in the blower. Probably are a new battery. I just have to slap them to lock and they stay secured. For me, it does not matter. Nice item!

I bought A M18 XC 6.0 Directly from the maker, the battery wasn't hold enough charge even to cut off a 2x4 on circular saw. I claimed for refund or replacement but I have no response at all. I wasted $50. I bought it because I watched a video from a youtuber who was cheated by the maker, he explained it in a 2nd video.

Bought two 5AH 18V Vanon batteries for my Ryobi Chainsaw. Neither would take further charge. Used them both till flat, and they would not charge up. Company I bought from sent two replacements without testing first as I insisted. Neither would charge. These batteries are a complete waste of time. I managed to find a genuine 5AH Ryobi for about £60, and it works really well.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before purchasing. I saw a YouTube review which said they were great so I bought 8 batteries for my Milwaukee M18 tools. The batteries worked for a while but then started not charging and I kept getting the red/green flashing lights on the charger. Changed chargers several times but they still won't work.

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware. These batteries are every bit as bad as the one star reviews suggest. Don’t waste your money!
