FREE UK Delivery on all orders over £20 and same day dispatch if placed before 3PM Monday - Friday. We also offer cheap upgrades to Next day DPD (free on orders over £100). Are you local? My first time using Vape Green and I…

My first time using Vape Green and I somehow messed up my order! Rachel in customer service was exceptional in getting me back on track. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be using again very soon.

Short fills

I bought two short fills 100ml each
1st one was juicy pineapple which tasted very fruity and very tasty.
2nd one was Vanilla custard tart creamy and moreish.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with your order.

As you have not contacted us prior to leaving this review I will do my best to respond.

To clarify, your order was dispatched on the 16th and a confirmation email with the tracking number was sent to you on the same day. DHL also provided a delivery notification with full tracking details and options for rescheduling or leaving the parcel in a safe place. Unfortunately, the delivery attempts on the 17th and 18th were unsuccessful, and no one was available to receive the package.

Following these attempts, the parcel was returned to us last Friday. We processed it on Monday and issued your refund today. I’m concerned to hear you felt there was no communication, as both we and DHL sent all necessary updates regarding your order.

If there are any further issues or anything else I can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at support@vapegreen.co.uk for prompt assistance.
