Recieved an email today Easter Monday saying my order is now complete. I haven’t recieved it. No response , no tracking number. This company is an absolute scam.

2 of the 6 vapes I ordered were leaking on arrival.
Contacted the seller but no response.
Would not buy from them again.

This is a copy of an email sent through to VapeHut UK on four separate occasions but no response, I tried calling the mobile numbers that are shown differently on the web and also on Facebook book no response on any phone number?

I’ve exhausted the only way to contact this company so I have no alternative but to go through the Office Of Fair Trading and the Ombudsman.

Faulty Items Received;

Hi,

Further to my order being received I have a formal complaint to make about certain items I received of the Elux Legends 3500 Puff, namely the Mr Pink variety. I opened my fist one on Friday morning around 11:00 a.m. but from the off I got a burnt taste every time I took a drag from the vape, the taste never changed?, £10 lost!!

I returned home from working away today (Sunday 29/01/23), I opened my second Mr pink Elux Legends and nothing, I attempted 5-6 drags but nothing came from the vape, obviously a flat battery or it just doesn’t work?, another £10 down, not bad from a £102.45 order and I still have 6 left to use, so 20% of my order so far are dodgy or failed items?

Can I ask what the Vapehut Uk are going to do regards the inferior goods sent out by yourselves?

Ordered from these on the 31st December and still not received anything,I've rang multiple times left voice notes tried to email even sent them messages on Instagram and heard nothing,I won't rest until this issue is solved!!.....update on this...the luvly Hena has been intouch we got to the bottom of this and realised it was an issue with Royal mail,they gladly refunded me so will be ordering from them again x
