I had bought sour ghost had no flavour and I bought sour ghost chilled it had no flavour and it wasnt chilled. I took them to the store in windsor and the guy their message his boss about it and the still never got back yet it has been over 2 weeks

I haven't had much in the way of a…Customer Service

I haven't had much in the way of a positive outcome in the past with the customer service. It's always left me frustrated or even angry. Yesterday I received my order in the mail with a few different errors. I dealt with a service representative, NICK TAKI, after dealing with him I feel he made it a point of making g sure I was happy. He even left the chat to phone me for my approval. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE. You need more like him. My confidence has been restored. Thanks again Nick.

CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DESERVED!

I just want to give credit where credit is do, I have been vaping for over 10 years now and have been dealing with Vapemeet for well over 3 years now. I live in Alberta but this company is in Ontario but I have to admit that I have not found a company anywhere in Alberta that carries the selection of Quality Eliquid and salt Nic and also has rewards,service,perks ( buy 3bottles on any Monday and get a 4th free!) along with prompt friendly service. Can’t say enough about these guys! I have No problems recommending this company, shop with confidence with this company.

Terrible customer service

This company has the worst customer service. They're rude and they don't honor what they say they're going to do. Not only are they rude but they made the interaction totally personal. If you ever end up with trouble in your order then good luck! I've never had such an aggravating experience just trying to buy the product that a company sells!

Order #151573 I made a purchase on their site and 3 days later im still waiting for a confirmation of tracking number sent multiple emails And yet still no response ? Am I to believe I payed for nothing . Unprofessional company.

Head office is a joke

Head office is a joke. They rarely answer email inquiries, and when they do they're constantly conveying wrong information. Employees are only as strong as their management and there is none. I would rather spend my money at any other vaping store.

Best vape Company, in my opinion

Since I started vaping in September, 2015, I've tried ordering from many vape companies.
I finally found one that has a wide selection of e-juices - that I like, very good prices, great sales, and prompt, courteous customer service.
No need to search around anymore, and that works for me!

tried to get me to buy extra stuff

tried to get me to buy extra stuff i didnt ask for, and when i tried it and i didnt like it and tried to return it they have a no return policy which i think may be illegal, especially when the product is still completely sealed

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you feel as though you had product pushed on you during your last visit. We encourage all our employees to ask if there is anything else you need, however we do not offer commission so there is no upside to staff up selling customers for specifically this concern.

That being said, this is one of the reasons we have decided to team up with Trustpilot. We love hearing from our customers as to what we can improve upon, to enhance our customers experience.

In terms of returning your product, our policy is outlined on the bottom of our receipts as well as on our website. We process returns on product when there are signs of any manufacturer defects within 30 days. If you were trying to return e-liquid, we will only process an exchange if our staff are able to determine there is quality issue regarding nicotine strength or flavour. If they determine there is something wrong with the e-liquid we will compare it to the sample we keep on hand at our head office facility as we keep a sample of every batch we make for quality assurance.

I went in knowing nothing

I went in knowing nothing, Left knowing a bit more, but Had exactly what I wanted / needed without getting up-sold. Guys were really chill and obviously knew their business.
