Been sold eliquid which is 18 months past sell by date ...
Been sold eliquid which is 1.5 years out of date at a cost of nearly £30 which my wife bought for me , tried emailing twice and have phoned but no reply as yet , very poor service , will amend if the problem is rectified

My reply - hi and thanks for your reply , I’ve emailed you with the screenshot receipt from when my wife paid as well as the dates on each batch of eliquid.
My wife bought me as a gift for Christmas but it didn’t t arrive until after Christmas anyway , so disappointing all round despite us phoning and emailing you , nobody has bothered to get back to us to sort out the refund
What else is there to check ? We have sent you the dates on the pack and a screenshot of the receipt when my wife purchased , who knows maybe it was an error which was overlooked but the product was still 18 months out of date , anyway we just want you to please refund my wife the £27 or so she paid you and we have given you all the information and proof of purchase you need by way of screenshots.
