Me and my friends orderd pizzas and waited almost an hour, afterwards they mix up the pizza between 3 people. And they down ask Abt any allergies, and I've just found out I'm lactose intolerant so Imma have a bad day in the toilet 0 stars. They can't even cut the all of the pizzas so my friend needed a knife for the pizza

Meanest service I’ve ever met. I got yelled at for trying to go upstairs, even though we had a table. I tried to explain but the server just yelled “THEN GO!” When I explained myself.

They made wrong orders wich cab happen but they insist on that We should pay for it

rlly bad food +i waited for the food +30 minutes. the alarm didn't work too.

Bad service.. first of all they say they need to check corona pas… we show them in our native language by mistake and they just say OK… they do not now what it says…then they only have menus in German and it is even digital? - what not have a English version at least - copy/past and google translate, come on!
Then they do not help with seating or how to access their WiFi so you can see the menu.
Next they forget my wife’s food and didn’t even offer a discount or anything for this mistake… so we pay for the food we got and leave.
The pizzas we cost was OK but it is kind of sad sitting eating alone when one in the party did not receive her food :-(

Delicious food, but horrible service

It's been my second time in Germany and I just wanted to quickly grab a Pizza with my girlfriend. The concept is that you order your food at the counter by yourself, you will get a device that will ring as soon as you can pick up your food. Pizza was nice and tasty, whereas the noodles of my girlfriend were amazing. You can customize your sauce as you like and staff was very welcoming, speaking English and friendly. We really enjoy our time here ;-)

Nice food - Awful service!
Never ever have I tried anything like this.
This experience made me so sad and disappointed.
Already at the front disc, the girl was SO rude! We tried asking her about the concept, and if we should make a reservation, but no matter what we asked about, she answered “you need a card” (which we didn’t know what ment) or she completely ignored our questions.
The chef at the pasta station - such a bad attitude, the bust boy very rude, the girl at the dessert bar ignorered me for I don’t know how long, while she was cleaning. Finally I had to ask if I could please have a dessert. She rolled her eyes at me and gave it to me.
The toilettes, both lady’s & men’s, was disqustingly dirty and the smell was terrible.
We left Vapiano in a bad mood and very very disappointed, due to the experience.
The good food doesn’t at all make up for the lack of service and the bad attitudes.
I would never go there again, or recommend it to anyone.

Totally insane concept. LOONG waiting time for food. Group waiting in different queues. Service non-existing...Never again...
