I ordered items that their tracking number claimed got delivered but never did, they stole my money

This company scammed me out of my money. Won’t return calls or emails and if lucky enough to reach someone they say it will be sent to management who never reaches back out. I am a month in on a shipment that someone “signed” for but used a number. They just stole my money and won’t do a damn thing to help!

Company is trash.. shipping is slow.. customer service is garbage.. screwed me on my order and my refund..

Prices are good- much better than my local shops. But they use quite possibly the WORST shipping company- GLS. If I knew they would ship using them, I never would have purchased anything. I'll leave the GLS details out of this review, but will comment that my multiple messages to VaporBeast have been completely ignored. Once they have your money, they offer ZERO customer service. I have no clue if or when I will avidly get my order, so I just filed a complaint with my credit card. Stay away- there are plenty of other companies.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I ordered a vape and 2 bottles of juice over a month ago in September. Here it is October 5th and they are unable to track my package. They don’t know what company is shipping and delivering and they are unable to contact them. “Tracy” the supervisor was extremely unhelpful and refused to give any information other than they’ve emailed them 3 times this week. 5-7 business days has now turned into 5 weeks and now the package has magically disappeared. Give me my package or my refund.

4 Star Only because the shipping took about 5 days longer than they claimed it would take.
But I did receive everything I ordered and will return and order from them again. The products are all good quality.

Scammers! Do not order from the frauds!!

Company is a scam. Ordered merchandise that was never delivered find someone else for your needs

Not sure what is going on with this company. Placed order on 11/2, it is now 11/7 and the order is still processing? Payment was taken immediately yet when I called, they could not tell me the status of the order. They said they have 3-8 days to ship the order and that after 14 days, I am entitled to a refund if not received. I believe I also paid for faster shipping which was a waste. Not sure what kind of company doesn’t put their customers first and try to the best of their ability to at least ship out orders within 48 hours. I couldn’t find a shipping policy on the website either. If my order is received, I’ll be shocked. As of now, it feels like I just threw my money into the fireplace. Will not be ordering from this company again. If my company conducted business like this, we’d be out of business. Find another supplier for your needs. Something just isn’t right with this one

Either the shipper or vendor is a scam. Bogus tracking number to a sketchy shipping site. Never got my products or an update.

I placed an order that never got delivered. I checked tracking and it said that it had been delivered, but it was not at my house. I checked the cameras to both entry points and no one came to my house at the time it says delivered, really not at all that day. I’m giving 2 stars because I reached out via email and told them of the problem and they asked how I would like them to resolve the situation, I opted for a refund and they held up their end. I’m pretty sure it isn’t Vapor Beast scamming. It is most likely whatever carrier they are using not doing their job correctly. I used them last year and had no problem, but they weren’t using whoever this weird carrier is they have now. I was really hoping it would arrive because now I have to find another online vape shop when I thought I had found one I could trust.

Beware, Either the company or the shipper is a scam. Takes your payment sends a tracking number to an unknown and impossible to find out shipper. 2 weeks into waiting leds to in transit for 5 days at one stop then out for delivery for 3 days and counting.
Refuse to refund because it’s shipped and won’t find out what is going on with their shipper because you can’t. Scam….

I placed an order on Dec 28th of 2021. It is now Jan 15 2022 and I have still not received my order. The customer service has been terrible and I have no way to contact the shipping company to find out when to expect my order as the info provided with tracking is inaccurate. Apparently my order has been out for delivery since Jan 12th but I still haven't received it. Customers beware of placing an order with this company...if you have any problems they are not very helpful with getting them resolved.

Scam company. Charges a ton for small items (various fees etc) then just never sends your item. Sure they’ll provide a ‘tracking’ number that doesn’t update ever, but you won’t get what you ordered. SCAMMERS

This company is great fast shipping and lots to choose from. I only use Sigelas mod as it's the best IMO. A lot of sites sell fake ones but the one I received is legit. Customer for life.

Placed an order and it came on time. Unfortunately one of the batteries ordered didn't work but I was able to contact customer service and get that ironed out quickly. They even sent a working replacement before I had time too ship back the defective item, vapor beast paid for all the return shipping of course as well. A+ guys!

Terrible company, put my order on hold. its been almost a week. i paid for 2 day shipping. they havent shipped it. never sent me a single email about anything. holding my money hostage, and not shipping. with no reason. going to have to contact capital one and get this reversed. paid alot of money for products, AND GOT NOTHING. just a horrible experience all around. AVOID!
