No replacements for broken items
The company sent me a disposable vape that didn't work but only gave me store credit instead of replacing the item so they are making me pay the $12 shipping fee again to get a replacement which is so messed up. I bought as many as i could with the money that i had and I'm really upset that they won't replace it. I've found sites that are both cheaper and charge less for shipping so I'll be using those going forward. Very unhappy.

I’ve placed two orders and haven’t received a tracking information on my package. It seems pretty hard to even get a phone call back from this company or this company does not provide a phone number where we can talk to a live representative. I’ve already submitted two emails and on their website they offer you to fill out your information to them be contacted, but that hasn’t even been done. Therefore, I’m writing it added to yet to receive my two orders are quite big orders. I’m out $600 and don’t know how to go about it. Where is?

I place an order bi-weekly to monthly and I've always received exactly what I've ordered and my order has always been sent out with tracking info quite quickly. Customer service when I've needed to make an inquiry has been prompt and friendly. I switched to this company months ago and I'm very thankful that I did.

Still have not received my vapes
Still have not received my vapes - it's been over 2 weeks. It was in LA and is now in Ohio (I live in LA, why would it now be in Ohio?). I contacted customer service and they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I wanted a refund and they just said "it's still in route and just keep checking the tracking number." I would never use this company again.
