Fast and secure shipping
Shipping from The Netherlands, which is known as a fast shipping hub, orders to virtually all European countries arrive extremely fast. All products on our website are shipped directly from our own warehouse. Packages are insured and shipped with discreet, plain packaging.
Authorized reseller
We are an authorized reseller for all major brands, ensuring you always receive the latest version of a vaporizer, backed by our own warranty as well as that of the manufacturer. Unlike some others in this field, we choose not to carry knock-offs or grey import vaporizers!

UPS have been useless

UPS have been useless. I have yet to receive the package. They are claiming there is a problem with my delivery address (there is nothing wrong with it).

It was disgustingly

To clarify: your order was shipped promptly the day after it was placed and a shipping confirmation, including tracking details, was sent to the email address provided. Additionally, an automated notification was sent when the package was marked “out for delivery.”

UPS made three documented delivery attempts before the parcel was returned to us. These updates were available via the tracking link throughout the process.📦

We received no communication from you during this time, which unfortunately meant we were unable to assist or intervene while the order was still in transit. While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, it’s also the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and reach out if any issues arise.🚚

Good Customer Service

I ordered two Vaporizers but only received one in the mail. They were expensive, worth 400€.

When I reached out to Customer Service they immediately refunded me even though I didn’t have the packing slip anymore, and were very friendly.

Not answers

I texted several emails asking for a change of the delivery address, never got an answer back. I'm not currently in the city the package is arriving so I don't know where would I get it.

Yes, the reach to me AFTER I posted in Trustpilot, still haven't get my order, UPS doesn't have any way for reaching them AND vaposhop didn't answer anymore. I've send tow more emails with screenshots from UPS and nobody has answer. I don't know where the package is, when will I get it or if Vaposhop is going to fix this.

Also, it seems to me that the only way to get an answer is by giving bad feedback...

Just to clarify, your order was placed on the evening of July 6th and shipped out first thing the next morning (July 7th at 10:00 AM). According to the tracking info, UPS attempted delivery on the 8th and, without success, so they redirected the parcel to a nearby pickup point for your convenience.

Your order is now ready for collection at the following location:
FOODLOVERS SPARTAAN, 408 Jan van Galenstraat, Amsterdam, 1061AZ.

We sent an email on the 8th with the delivery update, but it's possible it got overlooked or ended up in spam—sorry if that caused confusion!

The shop is fantastic!

The shop is fantastic and generally has competitive prices. I am unsure of the DynaVap I ordered, it arrived fine but not sure it is a clear alternative to electric vapes. Highly recommend the Vaposhop.
