It was good while it lasted

Was a loyal customer for a few years but I'm done now. My last 2 orders were not delivered. DPD lied on both occasions, saying there was no one in. My mum even went out to ask the driver, but he ignored her and drove off. I have tried calling and phoning Vapour but they don't respond. Last time this happened and they ignored me, I raised a dispute through Paypal and Vapour called me straight away to resolve the issue. I have just raised another dispute. Just want my money back. There are plenty of decent vape shops around. I will give my custom to them. After all, they have kept me stocked up during all this malarkey.

Poor customer service

As per other reviews, customer service is non-existent. They are normally great, but this is the second occasion where I've received the wrong items in my order and emails go unanswered and they never pick up the phone.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many…

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and up until recently I’ve never had any issues. My last 2 orders I’ve received E-Liquid that has been well after the BBE date, the last order was dated BBE 05/20. I emailed the company on 23rd February to enquire why they send old stock out without stating on their website, allowing the customers to make an informed choice, to buy or not to buy. I haven’t had a reply to my email, not even the usual we’ve received it and will be in touch. I appreciate we are in unprecedented times, however it’s not an excuse for ignoring loyal customers.

I’ve gone from a loyal customer…

I’ve gone from a loyal customer spending £1500 with them in the last 2.5 years to never shopping with them in the space of two emails to customer service. Had a faulty item, they’ve basically said I damaged the item myself and have told them it’s faulty. If I was the sort of person to do something as ridiculous as that I’m not going to do it with a coil that costs a couple of pounds. Absolutely furious with them, customer service is appalling.

Most the time good

Most the time good, but when an order was wrong customer service was not the most helpful - as a customer I do not expect to have to be out of pocket and wait for things to get sorted.. As a company If you make a mistake you then you should sort it and sort out “paperwork” after, if we were talking large sums of money then fair enough but on a small amount sort the order out first

Vapourlites now vapour!

Brilliant company and excellent customer service. Recently had a faulty tank and as it was a Xmas present I didn't buy it on my account but they still sent out a new one to me without any hassle. They also have a good range of products. 10/10.
