Guy with grey hair in the Irvine shop sold my 16 year old a vape and liquids, not happy what so ever. Trading standards will be in touch

Disappointed, I ordered 10 bottles at a certain strength, they sent me 10 bottles of a different strength, even the paperwork states what strength was ordered. As for packaging, thrown in an envelope, loose boxes, all bashed and this is how they will be returned

My shopping experience with Vapourised was fine until it came to organising delivery. I paid the extra for next day delivery, only to see the parcel arrive the day after "the next day". Upon contact with customer support, I was informed that because I hadn,t ordered before 1p.m., next day delivery wasn,t possible. If this is so, why wasn,t I informed during the ordering process that what I was asking for, wasn,t achievable ? This has somewhat spoilt my first expedition with Vapourised.

I am very pleased with the service from Vapourised, Not ordering from them before I was a bit weary, but need not have been. My order came within 3 days.My daughter loves her scooter

They are cheaper and fast handling service the only down is for the contact number (not a normal landline number when the need arises to get hold of CS Reps). The return could also include a prepaid stamp just in case.

But overall excellent experience will certainly recommend.
