Geekvape Obelisk faulty screen
Purchased a geekvape obelisk in February of this year 23/2/23..didn’t open it till early may,started using it for couple of weeks…the screen went blank…forever!because of their useless 30day returns policy they won’t replace the mod,my fault I suppose,I should have used it straight away so it would be replaceable,oh well

What a superstar. Ordered picked up by DPD, DPD messed up on tracking 4 days later DPD stating "haven't received parcel" messaged vapour vape on messenger and they resent.Two parcels arrived today, so refunded for one, but what a great customer service :)

Love vapour vape. My go to shop for vape juice. Always a speedy delivery, dispatched that day if ordered in time and received the next. Double/triple bagged. If there's no stock of an item Ash will give you a call and arrange alternative/refund. A refund didn't go through on one item that was out of stock, chucked enough nic juice in the next delivery FOC. Ace small outfit company with personal touch

Superb customer service
This vendor has fast delivery and great customer service. I received the wrong pod size for part of my order, so emailed customer service and got a response from Ashley who apologised and sent out the correct pods, which I received the next day. I highly recommend this seller of vape products
