Exceptional Customer Care and Flawless Repairs!

I initially chose VARC Ltd because my insurance company works with them, but I’m so glad I did! From the moment I hung up the phone after reporting my accident, VARC Ltd called me within seconds to book my repair. I was genuinely blown away by how quickly they reached out.

When they called, I spoke to a lovely lady named Dawn and what an angel she turned out to be! Not only did she move things around to squeeze me in, but when I had to reschedule twice due to a family emergency, she was nothing but understanding and supportive. Dawn went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and Pete was equally fantastic, adjusting his schedule to fit mine without hesitation.

Heather also deserves a special mention—she was absolutely lovely. She kept me updated every step of the way, always calling to let me know how things were progressing with my car. Her friendly and reassuring approach made such a difference, and it’s clear that VARC Ltd has an exceptional recruitment process because every single person I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful.

Dropping off my car was seamless, and I was provided with a courtesy car, making the entire process stress free. When the repairs were complete, I simply returned the courtesy car and collected mine, which looked absolutely flawless, like nothing had ever happened in the first place!

This was my first time making an insurance claim, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team kept me informed and made me feel completely confident throughout. From the moment I dropped my car off, they ordered the necessary parts, carried out the repair, and had everything sorted in no time. I couldn’t believe how quickly they got it all done.

It was such a pleasure to finally meet Dawn and Pete when I picked up my car today. They were just as friendly and professional in person, really genuine nice people.

This garage are the biggest cowboys…

This garage are the biggest cowboys going (apart from the receptionist who are very helpful). My car went in after an accident in June causing damage to the front and both sides of the car. On collection they had repaired the front but not touched the sides. An alloy was damaged in the accident and when I pointed out that it hadn’t been repaired a man from the garage came out claiming that they had repaired the one that hadn’t been damaged ( apparently he could see the wet paint). I voiced my concern that they hadn’t repaired the damage and that Admiral hadn’t requested the other parts to be repaired. After a short call to Admiral they confirmed that the garage had been sent the extra work. It was agreed that the car would go back in for further repair. I drove the car away and noticed that the speakers had been blown, there were warnings on the dash and a loud engine noise. The damage was front end and it turns out the garage only did cosmetic repairs. It was further reported to Admiral. I had a call from a rude manager at the garage claiming that his garage wouldn’t cause extra damage (as we found scratches on the back where it looked like it had been reversed in to a wall at low speed). Totally unaccountable and denied everything. The car eventually broke down and we had to be recovered due to the lack of investigation by this garage. 2 months later we are still without a car and claim that the damage isn’t accident related because the battery is flat. The battery is flat because these incompetent people didn’t repair the car and it was run flat after it died because it wasn’t repaired. I had an independent inspection of the vehicle who stated that the quality of repair was poor.Honestly please avoid at all costs. I have taken this up with Admiral to remove this garage from their list of approved repairer’s and made a complaint to the financial ombudsman. For anyone reading this, please re consider sending your vehicle here if admiral suggest it. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Amazing!

Amazing!
Very professional, excellent service.
I brought my van for repair on the passenger side and the job is immaculate ! Brought it again for scratches on driver side and again immaculate!
They even looked after a dent they were not supposed to and they cleaned my van inside and outside! I cannot recommend it enough!

Completely incompetent repairers!

My car went in for repair here through my insurers. The car was returned to me with a completely different shade - my car silver, re-spray was dark grey, noticeable from 100 yards away, I refused the car, it came back with the shade a bit better but with lines on the respray area, the third time, still lines but I accepted the car back because I needed it and their hire cars a joke!
Upon driving my car some distance I noticed power performance issues and the radio/nav kept turning itself off. Diagnosed by independent engineer as an ECU problem!
Not only can these repairers not do a sufficient spray job, but their mechanics are obviously incompetent as well.
I received no explanation as to how the car could have left the workshop in such a shoddy state.
To add insult to injury, they fine me an inflated amount for a Toll crossing which I was told NOT to pay because they pay it and any crossings would come off my card at the end of the hire period.
1 star is way too generous!
