Proceed with caution
Proceed with caution! Bought an item direct from their website but turned out not to be in stock. Although they initially offered to try and source another, this was left indefinitely with no updates, whilst they continued to hold my funds. I received no response when I requested a refund and I eventually had to go through my bank’s chargeback process to get a refund. I don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review for anything before, normally can’t be bothered, but the three months of completely unnecessary chasing and life admin they’ve given me is enough to piss me off!
