Very quick and friendly service, my rep Dave was brilliant and explained everything to me in depth. I think it’s responsible that they check bank statements to see if the loan would be used for gambling too. The money went into my account around two hours after I met my rep.
Really pleasant experience and will be using again once I have paid it off if I run into a bit of financial trouble

From making the application online to speaking on the phone the process is simple and easy to do. Paul was very professional and friendly when arrived, he answered all the questions my wife wanted to know. Don't use they con you out money that you already paid on 500 loan paid 1100 back they rude and threatening

Great company, great service, do the correct checks to make sure it is affordable for you. The sales executive I dealt with was Andrew W, he was nothing but kind and helpful. We need more people like him in these roles and things would go a lot smoother!

Reading through some of these reviews, These bad reviews seem to be from people that have lied and made up stuff to get the loan. People should always and I mean always do research before even getting a quote, logbook loans are what you would call a last resort loan, so of course the interest is going to be high, they know you can’t get a loan for yourself and that you need to get it against your car! Varooma clarify on the phone call how much you can afford to pay back and for how long. They DO NOT need to a court order to take your vehicle, as you signed the paperwork to confirm they are the legal owner of your vehicle for the duration of your loan! Yes the agent does not go through every fine detail of what you’re signing, however he DOES tell you that if you don’t pay then they take it away, more fool you if you sign the paperwork without reading it, YOUR fault not the agent!

Will recommend this company to people and will recommend Andrew W to them as well

Very quick process and happy all round although was promised payment would be before 8pm but didn’t reach my account until 11pm

Had very good service when I applied, agent very polite and good customer service and provided all information required. The meeting with agent was very good , took my details quick , and informed me about payments etc . After that I haven’t received my money as they advertise on the website, as I made my appointment during the weekend( Saturday morning / and met the agent Saturday) Monday I received my money after 4 pm . I did call them twice but agents told me to wait as someone will call later . No one called but I still received my money after a weekend and 8 h wait on Monday . Would not recommend unless really necessary.

Fast response and overall service. Staff were easy to speak to and calls were speedy and precise. Only slight niggle was in regards to the payment time stated that fell slightly out of the agreed timeline. Would definitely recommend.

An easy company to deal with and very honest about what your loan entails. I spoke to Ricky and met with an agent called Kevin who explained in detail everything I needed to know. I used it for consolidation and now pay half what I was paying. The interest is quite high but if you pay a little more now and again you will save a lot on this. Thanks again to Kevin for making this so easy...
