DO NOT buy from this company

Avoid purchasing from this company. They withhold funds and fail to compensate designers. Despite promising to collaborate with emerging labels and share profits, they neither make payments nor respond to messages. As a small brand, this experience has been incredibly frustrating—Vasquiat is taking advantage of independent designers and stealing from them!

I can’t get my money back! SCUMMERS!!! First they sell items which are even…

First they sell items which are even aren’t available and then you can’t get your money back!!!! Isn’t it a fraud??
Bought items in July 2023 that weren’t shipped with no information. I inquired several times about my orders. Then inquired dozen of times about money refund. It took one month before they promised to refund the money and said that I just need to wait 15 days . However I still haven’t received it after 3 months!!! Had to complain to fraud department of my bank and waiting for the refund through the bank.

Worst buying/refund experience

Terrible experience.
Bought items that weren't shipped for a month with no information whatsoever. I inquired several times about my order and was told my order would ship shortly after. It never did. I contacted the brand directly and they told me Vasquiat had lost all their items, and that I should ask for a refund because I probably would not receive my order ever at all. I asked for a refund three times over the course of two months. Vasquiat customer service told me the refund was being processed everytime and that I had nothing to worry about, which was not the case. I finally had to turn to Paypal and file a complaint. Only after another handful of emails to Paypal and Vasquiat's customer service again did I finally get my refund back, thanks to Paypal.
3 months and a dozen emails and complaints after I placed my order. Never again.

Great Experience

I bought a gift for my girlfriend and she loved it even though It wasn't the correct size. I asked for an exchange and in less than a week she had the right size again. Very happy with the service

Cool customer service

I ordered some shoes from Vasquiat, but when I selected my size, it was out of stock. I was disappointed, but I decided to contact their customer service to ask if they could provide an estimate on when it would be restocked. They were quick to respond and explained that unfortunately, they couldn't give me an exact date, but they offered to check with the brand and keep me updated.
A few days later, they contacted me again to let me know that my size was available after all! I quickly ordered it and the process was smooth from there. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and it was exactly what I expected.
I appreciate Vasquiat's customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile to help me get the product I wanted. I would definitely order from them again in the future.

TERRIBLE - AVOID!

TERRIBLE experience!! Trust the negative reviews that you read! I returned an item
mid-December and was still battling with them to get my refund until mid-February. I involved PayPal and have just had my case won and money returned via PayPal. Customer service is useless: late replies (more than 1 week), saying the money is on its way but never arrives. Don’t buy here, they operate in bad faith. There are so many other good e-commerce sites for fashion, avoid Vasquiat.

Awful awful company

Awful awful company. State you can return even as a UK customer, note that they are not explicit that their suppliers are all different in different locations in Europe and returns have to go direct to seller. wasted money on UPS service, followed all instructions, item returned back to me. Used Royal Mail International and item delivered to Portugeuese seller Martine Love on 9th June, and just like the other reviews...no refund as yet, so am now £200 + out of pocket. DO NOT USE

Horrible return experience

Order went okay, received in due time. The return however was a terrible process. Many emails later I have been waiting for a refund for more than a month (37 days and still no refund). With little to no response from then until I opened a claimed through paypal.
Do NOT order from them unless you are 100% certain there will be no returns.

Horrible online shop

Ordered a dress on the 01st of August. It arrived 5 days later which is fine. But the return process turned into hell. They had trouble contacting the original seller and sending me a shipping label. I waited for my return label until the 23rd of August. I sent back the item, and then waited until today, the 14th of September, for them to get my refund processed.
If you are returning some item, be aware that you will wait at least 40 days to see your money..
Do not deal with this shop. They don't know how to lead an online store.

Worst return experience ever

I am now waiting for 4 months to get my refund. The shop has problems contacting the seller and the seller ignors vasquiat. I am not able to sent back the shoes as long as the seller don't send me the return labels to vasquiat. I am waiting now for 4 months, asked them several times for an update now and if they could pay me back the refund and clarify it with the seller (Sinobi) afterwards.
