They not reply when you need and I lost 1 month with an employee his name is "Enderson" because he was in "vacation" so I can t solve my case waiting their response and then he never replyed my email.

Do not use VatGlobal!
VatGlobal has reported incorrect VAT for DKK 400.000 in Poland - WITHOUT our and our auditors approval. They still have not managed to correct the mistake and we are getting reminder letters from the Polish authorities. So uncomfortable a case.

Our company Art Service CZ s.r.o. has been your client for five years.
I had many issues with you during these five years, but you resolved them more or less acceptable. The only issue I can't accept is when your negligence hurts my business and leads to blocking our Amazon account.
First case was in December 2019 when you just missed in the office the letter from German Tax Office, and they released the garnishment order. At that time, Amazon held our account blocked for 11 days. Moreover, you did nothing to resolve that case and we fixed the issue with the help of our friend who lives in Germany. Later on, you helped us to return the money that GTO requested mistakenly, but you were very slow in an attempt to unblock our account. It was your fault totally, and nobody from your company even didn't send any excuses... Not to mention any financial compensation for our losses.
The second case we have now - Amazon blocked our account on June 4, 2022, due to new garnishment order released by German Tax Office.
It was a notification from GTO on April 5, 2022, about VAT obligation amount discrepancy, and you have received this letter successfully, unlike in the first case. Our account manager promised to sort this out on April 12, 2022, because the discrepancy most likely was a mistake. Still, he or his colleagues from the internal team did nothing to resolve it.
If in the first case, you can tell that there was an issue with postage delivery, but in the second case, you completely missed your promises and liabilities.
You had almost two months to resolve the problem!!! And you missed it!!!

Initially I had a bumpy oboarding with VATGlobal, but then they listened to my feedback and assigned Josue to be my account manager, and I've been happy with the service and speed he has offered since. I get notifications on time for filings, and he makes time for a discussion if there are any issues that have risen. We had an issue with the German Tax authority, and he worked hard with them to ensure we got our Amazon account live again.
