I agree with many of the posts. The items look nothing like on the website and my products were received damaged. Customer service is terrible. Multiple attempts to contact them, eventually received an email for $9 refund on $34 damaged shirt! Back and forth only resulted in increase to $11 refund. I will never shop on this site again. Buyers beware!!

This dress fits amazingly and is a really great item to pack as it’s lightweight and doesn’t wrinkle easily

I was very excited to order my items as I had seen them at a friends house. I gave ample time for my items to arrive as I planned to wear them for my son's college graduation. They DID NOT arrive in time. Upon my return, I opened the package to find the material on the items was completely different, and the colour of one item was black, not blue as ordered. I am now being forced to go out of my way to contact customer support in the hopes that they approve the return.

Do not order. Return policy is non-existent. Gone back and forth with emails to return and now they finally admit it's too expensive to return. My fault for not investigating before purchasing. Don't do it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The clothes look nothing like what is pictured. It took 8 weeks to receive my order. The dress I received is completely transparent, it’s made out of shower curtain material! I contacted them the day I received all 3 items & asked for return info & a week later, I get an email saying they will refund $35 & told me to keep the items! My order was $121! I tried to review all the items on their site & they haven’t accepted any of the reviews yet so obviously any reviews shown are fake because they are all good!

The shipment took over 6 weeks to leave their facility (and the ad that I bought from claimed to have “fast shipping”) and the quality of the clothes are awful. The material is some unbreathable fabric that feels cheap and looks terrible in person. The sizes also run big! So order small, if you do order from them but i wouldn’t order from them! Avoid this place. It’s awful. Oh and I’m trying to return the clothes and they’re really dragging out the process.

DO NOT shop with this store. The dresses I received were not as pictured. They were made with cheap quality materials AND the stitching was bad. They do not fit to U.S. sizing. Even though they advertise as a U.S. company, they most certainly are not. It takes weeks to get your order, and their clothing is warehoused in a California warehouse but all indication from writing on the packaging is that the clothing does not come from the U.S. Also, trying to get a return was a horrible experience. Instead of giving you a return label, they try to get you to keep the garbage product by offering you a fraction of a refund. When you say "no" they offer you a little more. When I was adamant about return, only then did they give me a return address and it's not even in California. This time it's New York! They do not pay return shipping either, which is why I'm writing this review. I don't want anyone else to have this poor experience that I have had. We will see if I get my money back. I've kept all my interactions via email so I can dispute the charge with my credit card if I don't get the refund. Really bad clothing quality. Really bad customer service . . . all in, I'd say really bad company!

Everything looked just as advertised. Fabric is soft and seems well made. A few pieces I will have to return as they didn't fit well, but others are great!

Buyer beware:
I know, the dresses look so cute! THEY ARE NOT Nothing you order from this site is as it appears on their website. The quality is absolute garbage, paper thin polyester, and their return policy is non-existent. They will make you ship to Dubai and incude tracking (which will cost more than the items you are trying to return). Save yourself the headache.

These clothes are horrible quality. Also if you want to return anything, you have to ship it back to India, which they don’t tell you beforehand. Absolutely awful. Don’t waste your money.

Dresses were just as expected. Colors are vibrant. Overall, good purchases.

I tried to return my items and they would not get back to me. Now I'm stuck with the cost of both things- which are much cheaper than the pictures and don't fit. I will donate to charity.

I ordered $198 worth of clothing and wanted to return all but one too. I was offered $45 and told I could keep the clothing. I argued and eventually got them to agree to $95 stating they are in Dubai and shipping is too expensive.

Do not trust this website. I purchased two top that looked like nice quality - a short-sleeve top and a striped sweater. Both looked like a nice cotton weave and weight on the website. They are NOT.
The quality is cheap and the "woven" sweater is a print on a fabric. They don't even feel like cotton (there is not material label inside).I ordered size S - and they are both closer to a Large! The clothing is cheap clothing made in China. I've asked for a refund and they want to offer me $12 on a $79.98 total purchase price. This is a SCAM!

The quality of what I ordered was okay. It seemed like a higher quality should have been used for the prices that were paid.

Love the dress and can't wait to wear it soon. It's light and airy and beautiful colors.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I will never purchase from Vaugu again no matter how beautiful their items look! They are quick to take your money and respond that they received your order. But no response as to when the order will be received.Not sure where it is coming from either (US or International). I am still waiting and it is going on 3 weeks! No response from the email they provide. What a scam!!!

I bought two dresses. Material was very see through. They were not at all as described. You are not able to give a bad review unless you select the “liked my order button”. Trying to process a refund. We’ll see how it goes.
