DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. WATCH OUT. The photos on Instagram are deceiving. I saw a dress on a linen-like fabric, with texture. I received a cheap satin-like dress, no texture, very inexpensive printed fabric. An outrageous rip-off. Seems they produce their photos for advertising with quality clothes that look nice, then they reproduce mimics. Terrible quality.

It took a while to receive my items but overall I’m pretty happy with the sweaters I bought. I plan on ordering more soon.

Sweater is comfy cozy and made with super soft materials. Great fit. Ordered small could’ve gotten an xs but small works.

Size on the smaller side and so after one wash may not fit comfortably. Shipping took 6 weekish. Cute otherwise on

I really most of what I ordered so far but some pieces a little more than others. I am stating to have the eye to recognize what had better potential.

Do not order from this company or anything site that resembles such items or clothing. The clothes are very poor quality and even though they say returns are easy they are not. You have to pay to ship this crap back to China. Please save your time and money! This company is a total scam

I concur with the other poor reviews. The customer service is outrageously bad. The website says "Easy Returns", but there is no phone number to call to request a Return and their email response, when you finally get one, is that they will provide a credit of $8 and let you keep the item you wish to return, despite the fact that it cost $50. Their sizing is not consistent and the fabrics are not defined on the labels. I should have known better! Ugh!!

Shipping took longer than expected, but well worth the wait. Softest pant and sweater set I’ve ever worn and flattering for the win. Fit is as expected and so comfortable yet, stylish! The sale price was great! I will definitely continue to watch for sales and order again!

Terrible customer service. Items online weren’t available , although they charged my credit card anyway. No one is replying to my emails to process a refund. Do not buy from this company.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my order. When it finally arrived, it did not fit. I reached out to the company and let them know that the item did not fit and that I would like a return label sent to me, per the instructions on their website. The response I got was that they did not accept returns that they could give me an $8 refund and that I could keep the item. The cost of the item was $76 in total. I responded and said that I did not agree to that amount and they countered with a $16 refund and to keep the item, that did not fit me. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

The outfit is so much cuter than the picture looks to be good quality.

Certainly worth the wait! As someone who is very particular, I’m more than pleased with Vaugu. The quality and style of the garments exceeded my expectations as shopping and pictures online can be a bit deceiving at times. The Negative - shipping took forever and communication poor. Rather than responding with generalized statements and no constructive updates, my only criticism would be to carefully read the questions being asked and to respond accordingly with succinct detail.

Love the sweaters! Very soft, flattering and comfortable!
