If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a baby monitor thay stopped charging after 10 months of use. Contacted customer service who at first wouldn't even help. They then admitted there is a fault with the product but no willing to help. Now out of pocket and without a working monitor. Avoid at all costs. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Bought the vava chroma for $3,400+

Bought the vava chroma for $3,400+. After 6-8 months a dead pixel occurred. I contacted support for advice and nothing resolved it after troubleshooting. They then offered to replace the projector. I was a bit skeptical, so I was not going to send it out and just live with the dead pixel. After 1+ months of not sending it, VAVA’s support team contacted me to send the projector back so they can replace it. It’s been 6+ weeks and they have not sent a replacement because it was sold out. The support team did not notify me the product was sold out and did not have a unit to replace it before asking me to send the product back. They also promised it would take 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Now I’m here robbed of $3,400. Stay away from this company.

VAVA 1080 baby Cam and monitor

I bought VAVA's1080 baby camera and monitor. After 3 months the monitor LCD started showing vertical streaks. You can see the LCD went bad, especially when you turn it on or off against the dark background. The monitor is unusable, blurred and distorted images. After almost a dozen back and forth emails almost everyday along with picture of the issue. It's been 6 days and nothing. They stopped responding to me. I sent 3 emails asking for updates and nothing. I've been ghosted. Worst customer service I've had yet.

Bought their outdoor security cameras 14 months ago. They stopped supporting and shut down the system. They will not offer anything to continue business. FYI, they have been kicked off of eBay.

They take your money then ignore you.

This company will make a bunch of money on pre-orders and sales of a new product only to end support after a couple years. All this without any communication to customers, and good luck getting any responses from anyone at VAVA.
There are many more reputable companies selling these types of products. Go there. You WILL get screwed if you buy anything from VAVA.

Vava is the worst

Vava is the worst, do not buy from them. They should be sued for what they did. Bought cameras and for the last 3 year they were working sometimes and then they shut off there service. Anyone a lawyer, this should be a class action law suite. I will never buy there product again. Tell all your friends DONT BUY FROM VAVA.

Read before you buy

The VAVA Pro home cameras were the best camera system I experienced. Way better than Blink. That is until VAVA shut the system down without notice. Boycott this company and don't trust it.

18 months ago purchased VAVA Cam Pro Home wireless security system FCC ID # 2AFDGVA-HSOO3B, 4 outside security cameras and base. Now VAVA turned off the app (made it unavailable) through which they are controlled and are to be visible.

Baby monitor was defective and does not…

Baby monitor was defective and does not charge. Customer service has been horrible and just keep telling me they are reviewing our warranty. Do not buy because if you have issues like we did you will get not resolution from their support staff. It is incredible important that we have confidence in our ability to monitor our babies and this does not hold a charge or work as expected.

Vava Dashcam app is not available on google playstore anymore for more than a year now. They keep saying app is coming but all lies and bull crap. Stay away from buying any product from this company and save your money.

Horrible customer service and company

Baby monitor broke and they don’t sell just replacement monitors. So you’re stuck with just cameras and all they offered was $15 off. A new set just to get a monitor is $180 . What a joke! Customer service takes days to respond as well. How do you not sell replacements? Scam.

Don't buy VAVA - brakes right after warranty coverage

So, I bought a 3-thousand-dollar 4k projector and it broke just a few months after the 12-months warranty coverage was over. No solution provided and it really feels like a scam, wouldn't recommend buying anything with them, absolutely disgusting business model.

Ripped of on a dashcam. Avoid VAVA

I purchased a VAVA dashcam through Amazon. It worked well until it suddenly quit and died completely. The customer service send a detailed message on how to restore it but this was not pertinent to the issue nor did it work. When I asked for a warranty replacement they said they did not sell on Amazon anymore so take it up with them and 'see ya'. $200 gone. I see why Amazon took them off the platform. Do not use this company for anything.

Horrible Company

Horrible, horrible company!!

I purchased a VaVa robotic vacuum cleaner online. I’m assuming the product didn’t do well and they pulled them off of the shelves. Once I notice my vacuum started giving me problems after a couple of uses, I contacted customer support immediately for assistance. They told me being that they discontinued the product, they won’t be able to assistant me in any way. No refund, store credit, they didn’t even walk me through how to fix it. NOTHING! Horrible company!!! I couldn’t imagine using their other products.

They said there were working on fixing that (in November, 2021). They finally acknowledged they had not intention of updating the application. They also made clear they would not honor their warranty (both SSD's were still under extended warranty coverage). Dead end product.
