Had a great experience buying multiple products

outset ax + 2x PA mousepads, and E1 mouse

Had a great support over chat and all the questions were answered, even when I was annoying and it was complicated to bear with me

Imo the best gaming accessories company, cant wait to see more products from them

Had bought a XE Wireless. Loved the feeling and everything, but the plastik feels to cheap.

I actually broke it, becouse i got so mad that the plastik godt stuck.

No recommend.

Best customer support and good quality products

TL:DR Vaxee Support Justifies Quality Control Issues as "Normal."

I contacted Vaxee support about side flex in Vaxee mice. No other mouse I have owned has had that issue even when applying targeted pressure as a test. Vaxee's response was that this happened with all of their mice, and that you won't notice it during normal use.

So I asked them why they were justifying quality control issues as a normalcy just because that quality control issue affects all their mice? The customer service agent kept explaining that I just didn't understand as they tried to tell me that side flex was completely acceptable, cause it was a constant in Vaxee mice. I kept asking "Why is this happening at all when it doens't happen with other brands of mice?" and they continued to state that I just didn't understand.

So yeah. If you're looking into Vaxee mice, and have an issue with it all I can say is good luck, and next time don't listen to bias reviewers who just want free products.

EDIT: I chose to write this review in hopes of speaking to an actual Vaxee employee instead of a Zeustar Inc employee.

I Buyed ZYGEN NP-01S O Wireless i used it for one day and it thas enough for my hand its not the right one. i called the support for a return. the First what i get no return police no resell nothing. i created the label send it the support from Portugal! and ya the answer is Very Mean from the Support i do not buy again a Vaxee he sayed to me and more stuff like this Sorry for a Company like this its a BIG Joke.

Had bought a XE Wireless. Tried charging it using a phone charger and it started smoking and immediately died. Never had this happen with anything else. Contacted support only to be greeted with a guilt trip.
"The mouse was destroyed by the charger and not the other way around. The charger could have been damaged, or most likely simply overpowered to power our mouse."

Decent product.

Bought one of their wireless mice and overall the mouse is great.
I had a couple small issues with it but mainly the shape just didn’t fit me which is personal preference but still a great mouse.
Support was very helpful and got a refund for the mouse with no trouble.
Have bought products from Vaxee before and they are a great company I can recommend.

I purchased the Zygen NP-01S from their website and it arrived within a reasonable time frame. The mouse arrived with uneven mouse skates so I had to purchase a replacement from their website. The build quality of the mouse itself feels sturdy and functionally had no problems in the months I've daily driven this mouse. The mouse is a little over priced considering I had to pay $12 for domestic shipping and also had to get replacement skates. Overall a mixed but positive experience.

I bought a very good quality mouse (Vaxee XE). Very good grip, rather light mouse with many options (DPI, Poly Hz, bind). I had a defect on the cable supplied with it, it was quickly replaced by the support for free. I recommend Vaxee for their support that understands the customer and for their very high quality mouse.

Bought OUTSET AX + Mousepad. First of all, the best experience ordering online. Right after ordering CEO of Vaxee contacted me via email and said that the package would be shipped the next day because UPS was already retrieving the packages that day. Delivery was very fast, from Portugal to Finland in 2 days. This is a big plus when it comes to keeping a customer updated. Secondly, easily the best mouse and mousepad that i have ever had and not even that expensive. If you like Zowie mouses you should definitely try these!

6th month of appreciating NP-01S

The quality of the mouse is great.
Previously I tried EC2-B, G305, G Pro Hero, GPW Model O-, Viper Mini (that was my previous favourite mouse before I got NP-01S
The coating feels really premium and grippy. All buttons are really nice, didnt get mushy at all, after 6 months of heavy use everything feels just like new. Didnt even have to replace the stock mousefeet, the stock ones are really decent.
The only downside is the wire. Its normal, reminds me Viper Mini's cable, but Its necesarry to use a mouse bungee to avoid some discomfort.

Overall, great product.
I hope there will be a wireless version in the future.

Highly recommend the mouse.
