One of the worst experiences at least as a foreigner! First they wanted to sell me their Haftpflichtversicherung, which was much more expensive than anywhere else. Then they "sold" me a Savings account that was for free, but they "forgot" to mention that by creating a savings account, the model of my Girokonto would change and instead of paying 0.99 per month, I would pay 4.95 plus costs for every transaction I made. When I closed down the savings account thinking that I get charged because of that, they told me that now I wouldn't be charged. Surprise, surprise, I paid anothr 24 euros after three months. And the people who work there take like 40 min every time, probably because they need to think how to lie to you best. Don't recommend it! And if you do end up with an account there, just say no to everything they "offer".
