I've had nothing but a good experience with VBet. I got some good sign-up offers which I used and profited well from, account was verified easily. Withdrawing winnings they advertise as taking 72 hours but I got mine in about 2. Honestly the whole thing has been great. I was getting worried reading some of the other experiences but my experience has been absolutely positive. I just wanted to leave this so other people don't start worrying unnecessarily.

When you play and whant too pay they wanna know everything about private and where you get your money from. If not you can not play. don't trust them they are a scam site.

Do not open an account with VBET as they will scam you via their ridiculous Identity and verification checks
I sent them my Driving Licence, Birth Certificate, Bank Statement and two Utility Bills all of which were “insufficient” to prove my ID!!
After several hours trying to resolve their issues they closed my account and kept my winnings!!!!
I have complained to the Gambling Commission and hope they can get my money for me

Withdrawals from Vbet are very fast, which is an amazing and rare find these days. Customer support is helpful, and games are a great choice.

I've already reported tonights finds to the gambling commission but jeez I wish Id of come here first. Opened my account and waited for the email to say that I had been verified which come pretty quickly I then deposited and as soon as I did they froze my balance (something ive never seen before.) apparently there is more verification checks that now need to be completed. Bare in mind im with around 20 different casino sites already with no issues. Now they've sent it to the relevant team to deal with and I have to wait for another email. This used to be a good trick by casino sites where they would let you deposit then freeze your account. Clearly their back room staff arent very bright because it was made illegal recently to take any deposit on an account which isn't fully verified and that's exactly why I've lodged a complaint with the relevant company with proof of everything in between. The minute I prove my verification 'AGAIN' I'll be withdrawing my deposit and they won't see me again. Such a shame really because they would of made quite a bit of money from me the jokers.

It's the first time I've ever given up attempting to verify documents for a betting site. The process defeated me. Thankfully I had no money deposited.

To verify your ID, you need to do a selfie with your ID, with your face showing, the arm and hand holding the document in full view, whilst ensuring the information on the document is clear. Simply not possible with a passport. One attempt I actually managed to do a pretty decent job of getting most of my arm and hand in, with the details clear. I was then told the image was cropped... However, it hadn't been cropped...

Gave up at that point.

Yup as stated in other reviews. Complete scammers. And I see they don't even respond to any of the reviews on Trustpilot which is very shoddy in its self. I signed up and was ready to deposit £10 for bonus offering. Then I saw a message under bonuses that you should accept casino bonus before depositing. I accepted it and then I saw no bonus so I deposited my £10. But I could not place the bet as it said the £10 was frozen. So then I went on to Casino and it said would you like to use bonus money. I said yes. (The casino games are absolutely rubbish, they don't have any of the well known games). I then wagered through the £22 only to find my £10 cash balance gone afterwards. Looks like I was maybe very deliberately tricked into signing it away maybe. To such an extent that I regard it as having been blatantly robbed of £10. The advisor on chat was completely useless and just kept repeating, how the terms state, you have to use cash first.

This bunch of cowboys closed my account after I tried to open an account with AVabet.
Apparently they are a sister site.

I never had that many problems other than slow withdrawals and poor promotions

They are absolute scammers and make the identification process a real pain for no reason, I read that they will then refuse to withdraw your money. Scam

Read some reviews on here before signing up and was sceptical, but wow the people are not wrong. They closed my account after my first bet won.

Scammers and bombard you with many many emails despite many many requests to Unsubscribe.

This relates to their offer of a free £5 bet for each goal in matches you bet £50 on on the last day of the Premier league. I was due 12 x £5 bets. When the free bets didn't arrive, first they tried to tell me that I wasn't eligible for promotions. But when I provided them with a photo showing that my account was eligible for promotions, as well as a video of me opting into the promotion and the screen saying "opt in successful", they then had no choice but to give me the free bets. In the meantime, they asked for lots of documents, IDs and selfies which I provided, and received my withdrawal into my bank account of the bet winnings. I then tried to place my free bets, only to be told that the selfie has to be with a passport, not a driving license. I repeatedly told them my that my passport is at an embassy, and that a driving license is a valid form of ID. I had provided countless selfies with my driving license at different angles, including showing your entire arm to show it is really you (yes this is a serious requirement!). I have read that they are doing this to many customers so that they don't have to honour the free bets. I will be reporting them to IBAS.

Absurd requests for ID AFTER letting me deposit and place bets. Blatantly trying to get out of honouring their special offers.

Honestly, in my opinion, they're a trusted betting site. They have fast response and polite customer care and nice offers. My account got locked and subsequently was banned, and you would wonder why i gave a postive review. Well, i took advantage of a bet offer and made ridiculous deposits just to take advantage of the offer after each deposit, then withdraw. Though it looked legal, i was clearly taking advantage of that and my account was reviewed and subsequently banned. It's hard admitting things like this, but most people who get banned actually did something wrong..ADMIT IT. Vbet is legitimate, just be a good gambler. lucas89

Absolute scum, they lock your account and pass your data on to other companies in thier group such as Binkbet.
Do not use they just another bunch of crooks look Tonybet and STSbet. Do you notice any similarities?

Awful site with staff to match avoid at all costs

Absolute nonsense of a verification process. Sending the documents isn’t good enough, they want you to send a ‘selfie’ holding your ID.

Looking at the other reviews here it’s definitely a site to avoid!
