Support has proven excellent, but the website is already down for several weeks. This implies it is very difficult now, to find resellers to buy top-ups. Will Vectone Mobile Belgium take the Brexit hurdle or not?
Update 19/07/2021: Vectone Mobile notified they will end their services in Belgium at the end of this month. They were offering a good prepaid service at an affordable price. The support has been very helpful. Very sad to see them go. I'll have to look for another provider now. Tips welcome :-)
Replacement of damaged sim card
I was having trouble with my sim card. Apparently it got damaged and stopped working. Yogesh from vectone helped me to get a new sim and change its number to my old number. Good and fast service!
Site is down but still responding on Messenger
The website is currently down due to maintenance. I have contacted Vectone Mobile on Messenger and they manage to activate my SIM card directly. Thank you to Milena who did a super great job, and very quick responded.

Although it is hard to get to Vectone support (waiting line sometimes up to an hour), once you have Farooq on the line, he really tries everything to solve your problem. I'm very pleased with his help!
I would suggest Vectone just to raise their rates a little bit (10% or so) and with that additional revenue hire some extra colleagues for Farooq at the support desk so the waiting lines don't pile up that much.

Vectone heeft geen helpdesk, althans ze antwoorden gewoon niet, noch per mail, noch per telefoon.
Hun website is ondoorzichtig en bijwijlen onbegrijpelijk. Verbruik, beloverzicht en abonnementen zijn meestal niet te zien of, op zijn minst, zijn de gegevens erg vertraagd.
Kijk uit met hun tarieven, die zijn wel laag maar ze deinzen er niet voor terug hun prijzen van de ene dag op de andere te verdubbelen.
Let ook goed op met voicemail (berichtendienst). Gebruik 'm beter niet want uw krediet is binnen de kortste keren helemaal op.
Enig voordeel: ze zijn goedkoop, alhoewel dat nog valt te bezien. Hou uw kredietkaart in de gaten!
Vectone does not have a helpdesk, or, at least they do not answer, neither by mail nor by telephone.
Their website is unclear and sometimes incomprehensible. Use, call overview and subscriptions are usually not visible or, at the very least, data are delayed.
Watch their rates, these are low but Vectone does not hesitate to double their prices from one day to the next.
Also, pay close attention to voicemail (messaging service). Do not use it, because your credit will be lost in no time.
Some advantage: they are cheap, although that remains to be seen. Keep an eye on your credit card!
