Hi Sam,
We're sorry to hear you weren't able to download the SVG file, that must have been very frustrating. We've had our team check and the SVG file does exist within the vector ZIP, we're not sure what happened for you.
Someone from our support team will be in touch shortly to email you the SVG file directly. If you're still unhappy with the vector file for any reason, just let us know and we'd be happy to refund your purchase.
Great service!

Tried to just purchase 30 credits but it changed to 50 somehow . . . I don't need 50 and wasn't expecting to pay that much! There's something that happens when you click on a different item in checkout that shifts the number of credits to 50!

Low resolution. Cannot print the image.
Vestor was supposed to be able to resize to any size at 300 dpi. I requested a high res 300 dpi image. The image I was sent is max 1 MB a small photo not good for printing. I need at least 10"x10" at 300 dpi. It's worthless to me.

Hi Linda,
Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused you, it sounds like it has been very frustrating.
We understand your concern regarding the resolution of the image you received. Please allow us to clarify: the vector files (Adobe Illustrator, EPS, and PDF) that we provide can scale to any size without loss of quality. This means they can be resized to your desired dimensions (10” x 10” at 300 dpi) without any reduction in resolution or clarity. Vector files are always high-resolution due to their scalable nature.
We're not sure why you're receiving 72 DPI images. We've double-checked the contents of the vector file and have already emailed you a file at your desired size. We couldn't spot any issues, but we're happy to offer you a full refund if the file is not suitable for your needs. Just respond to our email and we'll reimburse your purchase.
