Serious problems with VetoTech product

I bought a Vectotech Rapid 4TB external SSD for my PC backup paying their reseller Hard Drives for Sale $703.90 including shipping for a product that sells for $599 on Amazon. I also paid $200 in local duties and taxes in Israel. The product malfunctioned badly. When it did work its transfer speed was 20MB/s instead of the advertised 540 MB/s. Hard Drives for Sale ignored my messages. It took a couple of bad online reviews like this one to get them to issue an RMA for me and refund my payment. They did not refund the cost of shipping it back to them.
