I purchased an item which we had an issue with and immediately Caitlin at Vee dubs took the issue in to resolve as soon as she could for me. A replacement was sent immediately without any fuss. Spent over £300 on a bunch of things and when I asked to return a £10 item that was for a different model and not made clear on the website they argued and was not forthcoming with my return options. They suggested I had broken the item, then confirmed it was the incorrect item so they offered £6 store credit or to send the same item again. This all happened over a lengthy back & forth debate which was insulting, stressful and totally unnecessary. If the person had been respectful and professional in the first instance it would've been a normal return issue. Will never use them again.

I sent x2 enquiries to Vee Dubbs last week and still not had reply. Even if they don't have the part you should still get response.
The request was exhaust back box for my 2003, Seat Cordoba.
AVOID
Phoned for a part, nice chap on phone, helpful. Drove 60 odd miles to collect part, was met by older chap who proceeded to give me a gob full. Customer service is clearly not in either his vocabulary or dictionary.
Walked away before he ended up with a smack.
Went to VRS who couldn't have been more helpful and respectful if they tried. Bought the part from them.
Anyone coming across these cowboys and contemplating purchasing any stock off them, please avoid and use a reputable breakers. These guys are nothing more than Del Boy your back street dealers who have no ethics, moral or care for their customers.
Oh and they have a history of selling faulty parts which they charge a fortune for! Watch out for the chimps in the yard!
