My shoes don’t fit. Way too big. I unfortunately threw away the box but the shoes are unworn. But apparently I can’t return them even though they are unworn.

You charged me $65 USD “$1,300 MXN”, additionally when the courier company arrived with my package, supposedly because this was for taxes. You should it charged since the beginning and not hiding fees to be paid after and at the end of the delivery

Totally disappointed
Totally disappointed, the boxes we’re damaged, ripped and open. I only received one shoe, the other shoe is missing and nowhere to be found, I waited 1-2 long months for it to arrive in this condition. This makes me really disappointed!!

I loved the sneakers I purchased. Shipping was very fast. Unfortunately , both pairs were too small. You don’t have the next size up in one pair and I will purchase the woman’s campos in the next size up. They are beautiful and well made. Checkout without a problem, but I had to return the sneakers because the soles were too narrow and there is no info about it / also photos do not show how narrow they are ...
So recommended for anyone with "generic" feet, but not for me.

It cost me £10 to try a pair of trainers which didn’t fit
Please can you make those costs more obvious
Most places offer free returns at least. When I got the new pair delivered I didn’t get a message that they had been delivered and were left outside in the front garden - I found them by mistake ! Annoying and worrying
