VEK don’t deserve any stars.
I purchased a LED Lenser product on 29/10/24. Received an order confirm, with eta of approx 6 days for delivery.i waited two weeks before contacting them for an explanation. Only to be told “I just found your email in my junk folder”…, then I was promised an answer in 20mins…, but they failed to respond, for nearly a week !
I then sent another email on 20/11/24, further requesting a tracking number and delivery date, or a full refund, and threatening a dispute with PayPal and contacting Dept of Fair trading, then I get told ‘I tried to call you numerous times about it”, which it total BS.
After the threat of pay pal claim and fair trading, he finally refunded me the money.
I got screwed around by this guy for nearly a month before I managed to get my money back.
My advice. This guy is dodgy, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EVER WANT YO SEE YOUR GOODS ARRIVE !
He doesn’t give a shit how much you are inconvenienced, and gives no apology, just lame childish excuses for the delay’s and complete lack of communication.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU MIGHT NOT EVER SEE IT, AND IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR A LONG TIME TO RECEIVE IT !.

If I could give zero stars I would.

The person that owns this store needs to work on communication for starters and look at their employees. Zero tact from the warehouse person, unfriendly.

No communication, no replies to multiple emails, no one answers phone calls or facebook.
When you finally do get hold of them, there's no apology for anything or for that fact you've heard NOTHING for over a month, just laugh it off and put it down to some other excuse.

Happened more than once, I believe in second chances but they shat all over that one as well.

I won't shop here again, ever.

These guys, they lie about prices, After 12 days and no response for a simple tracking number they simply try to spin talk their way out of it. Luckily I used paypal and money returned swiftly. Beware, Beware, Beware, DO NOT USE. Worst buying experience ever.

Unresponsive to emails once my order was placed. Waited 3 weeks for an eta on delivery, to no avail. Had to send emails threatening a credit card transaction dispute, notify Fair Trading. Had a third party company get involved (who recommended them originally for a bonus store credit) to attempt to get a result.

Missed out on the store credit, missed the promo date cut-off on the brand item I bought. Did get a refund. The owner took no responsibility for the poor experience, when emailing me the refund.

Do not use this company.

The place is run by imbeciles.

Ordered on 29th of July, recieved an email saying eta is 2-6 days and then finally received my order a month later which was missing one of the items. Have emailed them and still haven't received any response.

I made a purchase of a battery charger on the 29th of August using paypal. After I made the purchase I have received no notification of the transaction from Vek Tools via email, I have not received any notification that a parcel has been sent. They have taken my money and have not even contacted me about the purchase situation. I am now considering lodging a dispute with paypal to get my money refunded as I am now believing the item I ordered my not have even been in stock but was listed on their web page as available.

VEK Tools are 15% higher than published price on manufacturer's website.
Their website includes Price Match promise. I completed the form and got absolutely no response.
I then interacted via the chat function. They refused to match the manufacturers price.
I thought they were a trustworthy supplier but all they did was wasted my time.
Purchased item, at manufacturer's price, elsewhere.
