What a massive disappointment
What a massive disappointment. After waiting close to 2 years to receive the ring (I bought it on Indiegogo), the ring was finally released with very limited sizes available. When I received the ring, it looked great and is indeed light but the benefits stop there. The app is not clear, most of the time doesn't synch and requires to the link to be rebooted and the ring to be on the charger. The worst feature though is the battery life lasting between 12 and 24 hours.
Customer service is practically non-existent. They take a week to respond and then don't actually respond to your inquiry or fix/address any of the issues.

Untrustworthy
They basically stole my money as they can't produce the product and won't refund my money even after being a year late and not able to provide any sort of ETA (as to when they will even produce the smart ring size originally promised). This makes the companies morals seem very dubious. I now own a RingConn Pro ring which I'm happy with.
