I am currently trying to return clothes that did not fit. I ordered the correct size according to their company chart, but it still did not fit. I tried to return them, and they initially responded, then nothing. 3 emails and 2 weeks later and still no communication.

Ordered clothing from this company, and I received it, but it did not fit - not even close to true size. Website boasts "100% money-back guarantee" and "we will provide a return label and instructions," but neither of these statements are true. When I requested a return label, I was first instructed to provide proof (videos/pictures) that the items did not fit. After some back and forth emails, receiving statements from the company clearly indicating the company was not interested in returns/refunds, I was then told, "we do not provide return labels," even though their website explicitly states otherwise. Another email or two later and I was told that if I wanted to return the items, I had to cover the shipping costs myself and send them to an address in China, which I questioned because the company's address is listed on the website as being located in London. When I asked again about being fully refunded and questioned their adherence to their own stated refund policy, the company stopped communicating with me. Interestingly, since the time I complained to them, they have added a bunch of statements to their refund policy on their website (including the return address in China and that the customer covers the costs of returns) but did not remove the statements "100% money-back guarantee" or "we will provide a return label and instructions." I also discovered that the address listed for the returns (Wang Maoqin, Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, 315100) has been associated with online sales scams (see BBB Scam Tracker for more details).

This is a horrible sham company. DO NOT buy from them. You CANNOT return to them. They send you cheap, poorly made clothing. When you try to return it they make it almost impossible. The fees to ship it back are on you and they are exhorbitant. The fees are so expensive that it isn’t worth it. They lie, don’t communicate with each other and run you in circles. They make you go through all of these ridiculous steps and then ignore the information that you provided them. They are a total scam. NEVER AGAIN.

Velorea is running ads with fake photos of the products and using a California location and a photo of a store front that doesn't exist. The jacket I ordered was thin cheap garbage and is not a u.s.a. size large. The bottom pockets are so small I couldn't fit my hands in them and the top pockets are fake - just zippers w/o pockets.

Horrible German helmet 🪖 it honestly looks like the Darth Vader Spaceballs movie helmet. Oversized and Hugeeeeeeeeeeeee horrible, don’t ever buy from this site.

The website says USA but everything comes from China and never gets delivered! They lie and say the address was entered wrong. Be ware!!

Clothing is thin and made of flax, cotton, and polyester, not Linen as stated. Clothing looks cheap
Advertising says free return and then find out , you have to pay to send all back to China. So disgusted

Ordered a dog bed in a X-L, I have a big Lab. The bed is too small. They want me to jump through hoop to return it. I told them it’s to small and they want me to have my dog lay on it and take pictures to prove it.

I would never recommend this company or but anything else from them.

Ordered a watch for a holiday in November. Website said it would arrive in time. It didn't. When I got home the product was of poor quality. They offered discount vouchers for me to keep it. I decided to sent it back and was told I would have to pay the postage to China. It got stuck in Customs for weeks and courier says it has been delivered. Velorea have not responded to my email asking when money will be refunded. I will never use the company again. And will check the refund policy (including where returns need to be sent) of every company I use in the future. Steer clear

Incorrect item received. They asked me for a video? System could not load it.
Advised me I would be required to pay for the return of the incorrect item received.
My email’s have now been ignored for 4 weeks.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

Horrible quality, would not honor return, told "outside of their 30 day policy". Not true! Thank goodness I purchsed on Amazon Card. Gave them information and DONE! they refunded my money. Still feel scammed.

Misadvertised a product on their website and then ignored my email for 2 whole months requesting a refund so my order was outside the 30 day return period.

Truly awful customer service and blatantly scamming customers.

From what I can see many others have experienced similar situations.

Fake scam Chinese website. False advertising of product. Printed image on fake material. They ask for pics/video of wrong product sent. Then ghost you, & never respond. Not same day shipping as advertised, almost 2 months to arrive to be scammed, ignored & lied to. STAY AWAY! dispute charge right away & warn others.

The quality of clothes received is very poor. The sizing is not correct. The colors are not as shown on the website. The material is very very low quality. When requested refund - they asked for pictures which were sent immediately, then they ghosted me. Have not responded to any email requests.

Do NOT buy from this company. Total sham.

I would give zero but wasn’t an option! I ordered a size 5 and was sent a 7 1/2, it was a joke trying to get a return address, like some of the other people on here I was asked to send photos and detailed written message of why I was returning them, I did this twice and then they just quit replying, so I contacted my credit card company and they returned my money, so all of you that can’t get a refund call your credit card company. This place is a scam. Anybody that says on here that this is good quality and Customer Service is awesome are lying. They are paid. This is a scam company. Look it up. Has terrible reviews stop buying from China. This isn’t even coming from the US. They look like a five-year-old made them. There was no company, no printing of any kind, inside or outside!

Bought a doll from this website was nothing like what arrived totally against trade description act I asked for a full refund and returned the item at my cost in November I have been sending lots of emails and no one replies I am out of pocket by £68 even 1 star is too high - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought boots in November, received 10th Dec and didnt fit. contacted firm an hour after delivery and was told to send photo's and then would get refund. It is now February and after weekly e-mails to them still no reply or refund. Sent a letter and it was returned as wrong address!!! think this is a scam.

Compression shorts are poor design and do not provide lower back compression, just an overly tight and thin waist band. When I reached out for a refund I was denied, and they actually asked me to pay them more money for a replacement product. Also they blow up my inbox with dozens of messages following this single order.

It's been several weeks since I placed an order. Won't ship the order. No information on when the product could be shipped. Won't cancel my order and refund my money. Sent several emails, but they refuse to refund my order. Had to dispute the credit card charge with my bank
