I have my own SEO agency. I didnt have a good experience with their SEO white label services. My goal was to improve my maps rank and tested with 3 google listings I provided to Vendasta for a 3 month period. ALL 3 sites dropped in rankings. It's frustrating enough that the sites ranking didn't improve BUT I didn't expect it to get worse! After spending $5k I decided to terminate the services. Had I spent the funds and worked on sites myself I am 100% certain I would have seen better results as I manage over 500 sites for my customers. Maybe others have had success I certainly didn't.

My response to Vendasta's reply:

Rather than talk about specific things to fix or try to remedy the issues I already experienced, I get a generic reply about working together in the future. No thanks. It says a lot about the integrity with this company.

We’ve been using Vendasta for over a year and we absolutely love it. It is the perfect solution for a digital marketing agency. Also a perfect solution for many other industries now that I think about it. The fact that all tools are in one place. Unparalleled. And many aspects of the system are customizable and fully white label.

One of the most significant benefits in using Vendasta has been the dedicated support from our Vendasta account manager, Arpit Madan. We have been meeting every single week for over a year to go over every possible business opportunity and help guide us in the right direction. He is always there to support us and our unique marketing needs. I would give Vendasta and Arpit 11 stars out of 10 stars, if I could.

Outstanding customer services, good software, significant breadth of product offerings, but mostly, service.

Vendasta promises to do a lot of things: marketing automation, white label, CRM, and task manager.

It does NONE of those things.

Vendasta is a marketing automation platform that doesn't automate much. Today, I was just told that I can't embed their meeting booking tool directly into my webpages with HTML and I can't automatically import leads from my native contact forms (Elementor) into their email marketing software.

Now, I will have to pay for Mailchimp and Calendly on top of Vendasta to perform the same basic tasks. If I had GoHighLevel, this would not be a problem.

I strongly encourage you to check out GoHighLevel. From what I've heard from my mentors, it seems to be the software of choice for marketing automation.

As for their "white label" features; run FAST in the opposite direction.

Both of my experiences hiring their "white glove" team were horrendous; they spent $1,150 to produce $75 in revenue for my client. The next month, I spent $500 to produce $2,775 for them managing their Google Ads on my own. Their "social media posts" went against every single instruction I gave them on our launch call. Thank god that one was a trial run on one of my own accounts; the posts (stock photos with cookie cutter captions) were so bad it would have greatly embarrassed me to deliver them to a client.

Nobody should ever pay for Vendasta. I write these reviews so that their sales team can't swindle future agency owners, small and large, like they swindled me. I will not stop until Vendasta offers me early termination.

Very streamlined way to scale your agency. The amount of help, support, resources, and service offerings is the best out there! I mostly use the tools to discover new services to offer and using the sales decks associated with them.

Hands down. This is the best company out there to help an agency grow at light speed. There are some companies who spam with funnel ads on TikTok every day, but this company was legit. Great customer service, friendly sales and solution team, and a plethora of solutions. I give it 4 stars because the only thing that I find rough is the pricing. It is very expensive for the agency who needs a white label solution. I'd rather lose some extra money as a commission than pay $590+ per month, just to access the system and have a white label solution.

The customer service is second to none. My account manager goes above and beyond. Great communicator and works tirelessly to ensure goals are achieved and any problems are resolved.

Vendasta has been a great partner with their tools but Hashim Syed, Partner Development Manager, takes the experience to a higher level. He wants each client to succeed and goes above and beyond to help in every way possible. There are other platforms out there but it is people like Hashim that contributes to our success.

Partnering with Vendasta has stepped the services the business can offer without relying on a 3rd party that would tie the Client up for 12 months, regardless of the results. The support from Amanda and Nic has been invaluable to get the business partnered with Vendasta, love the range of products to offer tailored solutions for my clients!

Vendasta's team of experts has helped me grow my agency at an incredibly fast pace. I am confident in every sales meeting that I am equipped with the right tools and support to be successful in all of my marketing endeavors.

Vendasta offers a wide range of resellable products and services. This allows my agency to provide custom packages to businesses large and small to expand their marketing. In addition to the resellable services, their fulfillment teams help keep projects moving forward smoothly and efficiently. And to top it off, the account reps, like Chiara Traverse, act as fantastic guides and cheerleaders, coaching you along the way and celebrating wins.

The only downside to having such a large fulfillment team needing those streamlined processes can sometimes reduce the ability to do custom work through the platform. But this is sufficiently made up for by the team's willingness to do their best to provide the highest quality of service and fulfillment at a price that allows agencies to maintain healthy margins.

Before Vendasta, I had issues finding people to fulfill work for my agency. Contractors were sometimes unavailable or didn't deliver quality work. Vendasta gave me access to quality, vetted fulfillment teams that have helped us scale our work and take on more clients.
