Nothing but positive things to say
I have had an excellent experience working with Venom Motorsports! I wanted a motorcycle last year and they helped me find the best deal on a bike that would work for me.
I purchased a Lifan KPR 200 from Venom last year, it arrived in flawless shape and started right up! I've had no issues and even if it did they have made it clear their support team can help me get what I need to get back out and ride :).
I highly recommend Venom motorsports for your first motorcycle, and a shout-out to Vince who's been nothing but helpful and getting me set up to ride!

Great company and amazing bikes
Great company and amazing bikes! The Venom Pro 1600W is an awesome electric dirt bike for kids — powerful, fun, and built really well. Super happy with the quality and service from Venom Motorsports!
Disrespectful salesman Mark
Well I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering from this awful place. I can’t say anything about the products because I won’t ever order from them. The customer service is horrible. I was spoken to as if I was dumb and treated like an idiot. Mark if that’s his real name actually hung up on me. Then my friend called and he was treated very differently. I guess it’s because I’m a woman. What a little jerk.
Save your money! Spending somewhere else.
The products they sell.. Eh not too bad.
The people at Vernon... Whole different ball game! I suggest you buy name brand example Honda Suzuki Yamaha but don't buy a damn thing from these guys they're liars they'll call customer service and parts and you'll hear the same voice give you two different names this guy is selling these things on a laptop and his mom's basement I've been waiting 7 months for a clutch cable ridiculous you will have to jump through hoops before you get anything! Be prepared to take shipping and handling.

I highly recommend this business
I highly recommend this business. I had the pleasure to talk to a young lady by the name of 'Faiza' who went above and beyond to help me with my request and made me feel at ease. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service skills. Venom Motorsports Usa will be my go-to place for my future motorcycle purchase.
Shut up
Shut up
To all the people looking for a daily commuter to school or work the 50 cc is a good option but the people writing bad reviews don't know how to take care of stuff either learn to turn a wrench or shut up I got mine to 1000 miles already and it still runs great don't tarnish the company if you don't know how to fix stuff I'm 14 years old and I fixed a vacuum leak on mine (50cc)
If you value your life don't buy from here!!
Bike was sent with dings and scratches which was to be expected I wasn't to upset about that however I was very upset to discover that BOTH rims are warped!
Vehicle is very unsafe to ride.
Support giving me the run around to run down the 30 day warranty so they don't have to fix this!
army jeep DID NOT WORK i paid for the repair.
I purchased the army jeep paid extra for assembly and testing. The jeep did not work. They kept sending parts to replace for 1 year and i gave up on them and had it fixed by a mechanic. The owner kept telling me they are an online store and they cannot take it back or replace it. He told me to read the warrantee I'm buyer is responsible for paying for the mechanic to replace parts. I spent aprox $400.00 to get the jeep working. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Scam company / Terrible customer service / Dangerously built.
Scam company. Purchased a bike for my son and had multiple problems as soon as we received his bike. His Bike didn't come with a battery for starters. When we called them to inform them of the situation they literally called us liars. It's been almost a month that we have had this bike and still no battery we can't find one that fits. The company refuses to send us a replacement. We finally found a battery and now the damn bike won't stay on along with other things that are now happening to fall apart. We took this Bike-to-Bike shop and they also stated that this Bike is a Lemon and needs to be swapped out for a nonfaulty Bike or a complete refund. We have informed Venum Motorsport several time via phone calls and emails and have yet to have any resolution. I have contacted a Lawyer at this point as well as started a legal dispute with my credit card company to help me resolve this as soon as possible. The Bike has been sitting in our garage since we got it 6/01/23 this Bike doesn't start and has a lot of other faulty issues. Overall, just not safe to ride or buy. We live in Texas so we can't just go to the shop, or I would have so instead I have also contacted the BBB. This is an awful experience. Treating paying customers like crap & not taking resp weeks possibility for their faults. Avoid company at all costs. I wish I had known this about them before I purchased our bike. Lying on the BBB is disgusting and will not be tolerated.
Where do I start…….
Where do I start…….. Do yourself a favor and NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. The bikes are cheap made in china trash. The company does NOT WHATSOEVER stand behind their products. They lie and no company like this will ever be successful. Buyers beware
They KNOW their bikes are trash!!
I got my ex landlord to kick up for me to buy a Motorcycle from this company, and have it shipped to her house, which was an ignorant mistake....
After the bike was dropped off last week, I went there, removed it from the crate it came in, and took it to my backyard, where I let it sit for the past couple of days before getting into it. Today, I got off work, went and spent around $80 getting fluids / stuff for the cycle, came home to try and get it running.
Oops, no luck there.
The bike didn't even have power to the dashboard display, after turning the key.
NOTHING.
What's more, they KNOW this at Venom, which is why their warranty / return policies are so strict about the steps you need to follow to get them to honor their advertisements.
You had to take pictures of the faulty bike, while it was still in the original shipping crate.
You had to get those pictures to them within 48 hours of purchase.
Both of these show a 'company' - stretching that word - that is well aware of the defects in their product line, and is trying to shield themselves from accountability.
I only gave 2 stars because I try to find the good everywhere, even when I am being robbed, and at least they put on a good facade, but I want my money back, or at least a i bike that will start!!
I managed to get this piece of sweatshop garbage bike to start today, tried to drive it around the block, but it couldn't handle it....
Every time I came to a Stop Sign, and had to get going again from a stop, the bike would cut out, or jump forward almost doing a wheelie because of the defective clutch. So, I attempted to practice finding the sweet spot for letting off the clutch to get going, but there was none and it cut out every time you moved even half an inch forward, before eventually returning to not being able to start at all because of not getting spark. It seems in order to use this junk, I will need to replace the spark plug every single day, and never be able to come to a full stop while riding, and that is not worth the money spent.
I am either wanting a whole new bike, or a refund of the purchase price, because this thing you sent me does not even count as a moped for $2000. Else, some useful instructions to get the bike starting, and riding correctly....
This company may get away with this kind of business practices in foreign countries like Canada, but in America we have what are called 'Lemon Laws' that make it illegal to knowingly sell defective products!!
Scam company
Scam company. Purchased a bike for my son and had multiple problems in just a few short months. Welding snapped over whole bike. Bike is sitting in barn, doesn't start and completey broken. Venom motorsports is lying to the BBB making up fictitious conversations they had with my husband and I. This is an awful experience. Treating paying customers like crap & not taking responsibility for their faults. Avoid company at all costs. I wish I had known this about them before I purchased our bike. Lying on the BBB is disgusting and will not be tolerated.
