ESTAFADOR
ESTAFADOR. En mi caso, compré un juego y me envió uno distinto al anunciado. Cuando se lo reclamé, en vez de asumir el error, me acusó a mí de haberlo cambiado, algo totalmente falso: el juego estaba cerrado tal y como llegó.
Para más inri, al comentar lo ocurrido en un Discord de coleccionismo, vi que el día anterior le había hecho exactamente lo mismo a otra persona. No parece un hecho aislado.
El trato fue lamentable: actitud chulesca, amenazas y cero intención de solucionar nada. Voy a presentar reclamación formal ante Consumo. No recomiendo comprar aquí.
