Would you climb aboard a sinking ship...?

I started using their game server hosting service nearly a year ago after a friend claimed they were well-priced and ran smoothly. True enough things started out fairly well. Latency was generally low and the server was stable most of the time.

Unfortunately things have really crashed and burned in the past few months. I have had many server crashes and timeouts recently, and starting last week, the server has become completely inaccessible. Their control panel webpage keeps locking up leaving me unable to even restart the virtual server. I tried to start an online chat and e-mailed their support team 4-days ago but still no response! That's some really special 24/7 support if you ask me!

No updates on Twitter but it appears many others are experiencing the same radio-silence from VeoServ, judging from numerous disgruntled posts left on their Facebook page over the past few months. All is clearly not well at the VeoServ offices...

I am now taking my money elsewhere and would advise you to be very careful if you are thinking about joining them.
