Terrible waste of money. Horrible service and the dress is nothing at all like the pictures. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I am taking the skirt and having a PROFESSIONAL make me a dress - the bodice is a total joke and horrendous!!!!!

I would rate this company ZERO stars if could. I ordered a dress. Once I got my order, the dress was NOTHING like the picture online. So I email the company and let them know. The rep says it’s the same dress. I email her a picture with the dress on and Cleary is was Not the same dress. So they refunded me 25 dollars of my one hundred and sixty something spent. They are a scam. Trash... don’t order anything from them.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I'm not one to write reviews but I had to on this company. Please don't buy from them - you'll be wasting your money. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I don't say that lightly.

Horrible service! Horrible staff! They sent the dress fast but they didn’t listen to my measurements. It didn’t fit and I had to get it altered for $100, I spent $170 on the dress and they will only give me a $26 refund!! They also send me the wrong colour!! And was telling me it was the lighting. I asked for burgundy and they gave me bright red. $26 refund is ridiculous!! Do not order from there!!

The only good thing you can say is that they ship fast. My daughter's dress was so poorly made and cheap looking. The price was no bargain. Don't use this sight. I had to get it altered and they could only do so much.. RUN AWAY!!!!

Scam scam scam!! No order number given. PayPal payment goes to Dress Market. Email on PayPal bounces back as not valid for messages. Ordered dress over 10 days ago no email confirmation. Customer service chat disconnects- they end chat- when I ask questions. STAY AWAY!! Now we are stuck scrambling trying to find a dress for homecoming because they took the money and that was that. Dispute is open. Fraudulent company shame on them!

Company is on the scam list. They sell garbage and do not return your money. They do not have a phone number. Only email contacts which I don't even think are human contacts.
They just give you the run a round.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I hesitated purchasing my daughter's graduation dress from this site, bu she LOVED it, so I wet against my better judgement & I am SO SORRY I DID! Once you start the check out process, you ADD the measurements & any special instructions because they claim they 'custom make each dress.' I gave them her height, weight & told them what her normal dress size is. They charge you $22.00 to ship. Dress did ship fast, however, it is being shipped DHL from CHINA & there is NO mention of this during checkout. My daughter's dress came folded up in a plastic bag w/a SKU warehouse # on it as if was just pulled off of a shelf. My daughter was in tears trying on her dress as it is FALLING off her, way too big. I emailed their C/S Dept 2x sent pictures and of course, NO RESPONSE. Oh & the dress looks much different in person then it looked on line. It is supposed to be above the knee, this is below the knee & it just looks ridiculous! Please do yourself the favor, avoid the headache & shop somewhere else.

I love my dress! I tried it on and it fits and it looks so beautiful! I’m so in love with my dream dress and I’m so happy that I got my dream dress I wanted.

I bought my daughter a prom dress that was about $100. The site said it specialized in custom fitting and we submitted her measurements with the order and payment. When the dress arrived it was at least two sizes too large. We took it to my tailor and she said it wasn’t worth it because the tailoring would cost more than the dress. We contacted the company and they would not accept any responsibility whatsoever. Their comments were a joke. They offered us a 10% refund which is essentially $10. Worst customer service, worst products, this company is a total scam and I do not believe they actually custom make any of their dresses. BUYER BEWARE!!
