Lovely site / products. Bought gifts for friends and family and always arrived in a timely fashion and brought a smile to their faces. Plus one mailing list I don't mind being on, Veronica's emails always bring a smile to my face!

A lovely product. However, when I sent a message within seconds of purchase asking to change the address, the message was read but ignored. I then sent two follow up messages asking if my previous one had been acknowledged and if so had the delivery been changed - again ignored. Finally the item came to the wrong address which delayed its arrival to where it needed to be. Facebook messenger is advertised and a means of communication for the seller, however my messages were read and not acknowledged - I was disappointed as I was hoping they could have helped me out with the error.

The customer service from Veronica Dearly is second to none and the products always bring a much needed smile! I was gifted a 3 month subscription to the secret society and have ended up continuing with this myself.
The pin badges are great gifts to let people know you are thinking of them.
I just love this website!

I ordered a product on Not on the High street from Veronica Dearly on 14 December. At this time the product was showing as in stock and would be arriving in time for Christmas. Wondering why it had not been dispatched yet I reviewed my order which has still not even been accepted by Veronica Dearly. It is also now showing as out of stock. This leads me to believe that they are selling products they don't really have and they don't even have the courtesy to let people know so that alternative arrangements can be made. I have emailed them several times and still no reply, still no idea where my order is. Avoid this shoddy company at all costs - they will only let you down.

So much so I became a "Secret Society Member". I love the different themes and products that arrive each month.
Delivery has always been timely and Veronica keeps me informed of whats going on and new products regularly without being intrusive.

A lovely box of wonderful surprises every month. All high quality, well made and with beautiful, kind sentiments. I look forward to my box very much and have not been disappointed.
