Fantastic after sales, knowledgeable
Fantastic after sales, friendly and knowledgeable. Due to covid there were delays in delivery, but they updated me pro actively along the way. They also went to great lengths at explaining whether or not the chosen binoculars were suitable for my purpose (high end stabilizing binoculars to be used during sailing), and allowed me to try them out and return at no cost in case it wasn't what I wanted.
