The drafting table I bought
The drafting table I bought, was very high quality.
The assembly took about two hours but was not difficult.
It is sturdy and attractive.
The cost was not much different than others I could find online.
The table was delivered by FedEx and that worked out well also.
I highly recommend this table and this company.
Poor product craftsmanship and assembly instruction manual
Good day, ma'am or sir;
I would like to say, for a $1399.00 product, proposed to support 'professional' drafting/architecture/engineering, there are too many discrepancies for me to give you a good rating.
First and foremost, your assembly instruction graphics and text were cut off on the (Top, Left, & Right) sides of the paper and appeared to be printed by an adolescent. I had to guess where the portions of the paper were cut off. In addition, the graphics, text, and the actual materials were not completely consistent; some holes and parts of the desk were not what they appeared in the drawing nor were they able to install where the graphics indicated.
Secondly, the "Monitor Platform" (24"x31") tabletop was warped and the screws too short, requiring me to go to Lowes to purchase screws of the same thread and long enough to reach through the holes in the metal and then into the bottom screw brackets of the tabletop.
Third, the fabrication of the holes in the "Back Cross Support" and the "Front Cross Support" was not accurately drilled in the correct portion of the left side of the table (when looking at the table from the front). In addition, the pilot holes in the bottom side of the "Main Platform" were not drilled to support the original installation. Further, the two "Middle Support Brackets" designated to connect the "Gas Spring Supports" had one of the socket mounts installed on the wrong side of the bracket. Incidentally, I had to move the (far left) "Middle Support Bracket" to the right by one set of holes, drill new pilot holes, and appropriately mount the "Gas Spring Supports".
Lastly, the "Middle Support Bracket" designated as the left bracket for the drawer was bent to the left. Additionally, the bracket holes (in the "Front Cross Support") were drilled too close to the right, making the drawer not fit or slide properly into place; The left edge of the drawer impacts the left "Middle Support Bracket".
This product is nowhere near worth the $1399.00. I will ensure other personnel in my professional arena are aware of the craftsmanship, and lack of attention to detail in this product. Please have your engineers, fabrication department, graphics designers (for assembly manual), and quality control fix these discrepancies.
Separately, every graphic of the table on the website has a parallel drafting ruler on the table; however, the graphics for the table assembly (the ones that arrived) show no parallel drafting ruler. Consequently, I had to purchase and FedEx ship a parallel rule after the fact. This type of misinformation should be avoided at all costs. Indicating that the ruler "could be installed on the table" versus hiding the notation that it is not included is beyond a shadow of a doubt false advertising, poor professional conduct, and bad business.

Ordered my desk years ago, it has been terrific, no problems. Recently went back to add a dual arm to have two monitors and used the chat function , the sales person directed me to exactly what I need, efficiently.

Bad for business
I placed my order with this company on black Friday, all totals were calculated and paid. I waited for it to ship just to be contacted by them and told that they were going to add an extra $280 shipping fee. They expected me to fill out a sheet of paper with my banking information on it to process the additional costs they were attempting to blindside me with. I will never order from this company again nor recommend them based on my personal experience.

The table is nice looking and from what I can tell will meet my needs as a retired designer with a few projects still in the works. I gave it 4 stars b/c it arrived with the wrong sized bolts.
Terrible customer service!!
For weeks now NO ONE replied to my phone calls or emails about a MISSING PART. I am not in the least pleased with customer service. BOO. If you get a complete table, consider yourself lucky that you won't have to chase them down for a missing part.

Don't buy and look elsewhere for a desk took over a month for them to ship it and plus the customer service is awful. I will tell every person I know never to order from them and also all social media I will be warning customers.

Still waiting for delivery, NO COMMUNICATION from company
I ordered a desk on September 12, and after paying for it, have had pretty much NO communication from the company since. I am posting here in hopes that someone in customer service will notice and let me know when my desk might ship. I have reached out with a couple of phone calls, one of which was transferred from a live person and landed in VM (never returned) and a couple attempts with the bots, both of which got NO response. I would really like to get SOME info about when my desk will ship!

We were very happy with the Versa Desk we ordered, however....shipping was another issue. The desk top came unharmed in it's own box, but the remainder of the pieces came in a separate box came opened and all beat up. Luckily the parts were all there to assemble the desk. I write this mostly so you will be aware of how your shipping company handles your merchandise.

All in all a very good purchase. The customer service and shipping department need to communicate better in order to relay information to us the customer better. There was a period of time where I had to call and myself in order to obtain information because my order has not shipped and was unaware that it had to be made first. Other than that very good purchase would buy again.

I am still waiting for my table and/or a response to when/if I will receive it. I've tried e-mailing and haven't gotten a response from that either. It would be nice to know if there is a delay or shortage so I can have an idea of weather to ask for a refund so I can shop elsewhere or if I will receive the table anytime soon. Any communication would be appreciated.
Square legs for a corner desk top
The top wood desk I ordered is meant for a corner, but the legs are square so you can't actually push it into the corner. A bit confused about the design on this.
Great customer Service
Made my purchase and they called me a week later to tell me my desk was on back order. As a result, they upgraded me for no additional charge. The desk arrived a week later and took just a few minutes to unbox. Fits my iMac perfectly. They even called as a follow up, to make sure I was happy with the desk.
Worst. Experience. Ever
Purchased and received the product only to find out it is not as advertised. It was not compatible with my iMac. Worked with post sales support who advised I need to purchase additional hardware which lead me to 2 weeks of delayed email responses (some un-responded and ignored) and broken promises to call me back (multiple times). In the end, they could not tell me what hardware I need to purchase and to return the product. Adding insult to injury they wanted me to pay to ship it back. Complete failure from beginning to end. Frankly, one of the worst purchases I have ever experienced.
