Affordable, honest, & easy to apply.
This was my very FIRST experience getting car insurance on my own. I had been on my parents company through Geico since I was 16. Denise B. was incredible to work with. She communicated effectively throughout the process. I appreciated her honesty, transparency and straight forward approach. Denise eased my anxiety. At no time did I feel "pushed" into choosing Verti. A price I could afford for a great policy, too.

I'm seriously so grateful. My insurance went from 280 to 160. That was such a blessing. Also knowing I have accident forgiveness keeps me worry free. The beginning started out well after 6-7 months they started raising my rates. A year later I’m paying more than I was before I left my old insurance company. Then my son buys his own car and gets his own insurance and they raise my insurance an addition $210.00. That’s enough for me see ya later Verti, going back to the big name insurance companies for less money. By the way if you need to speak to someone on the phone good luck it only happens when you start a NEW policy.

Wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone, the polite talk and concern was there but not the walk that goes with it

Everything was great! Even referred friends and family. Psyment came out of my checking account twice. Emailed agent I worked with regarding this. Never received a response. Five stars would have been given, but if I communicate with you, reply back.

The roadside assistance program that Verti use has the worst customer skills I've ever experienced. A Verti roadside assistant customer service agent called a third party tow truck provider that has one driver. My wait time went from a 1 hr wait that was confirmed by a member of the roadside assistant agent to not knowing what time or when another driver would be dispatched. I was placed on hold for 1 additional for a Verti roadside agent to come back on the line to assist me. I will not be patronizing Verti Insurance anymore.
