Great product and very quick delivery

They did deliver exactly what had I ordered. It was easy to install and functions fine. With hindsight, and knowing what I received, there were a couple of questions which could have refined the product to make it an even more perfect solution

Ordering was easy. I was only ordering new louvres which kept things simple. However, I followed the measuring advice on the website to make sure I ordered the correct size.

Blinds perfect but bit disappointed with paying 10 pound delivery and they still took over 10 days to arrive. If my purchase had been 25pound moor we would have got next day and free delivery.

Lovely blinds

Brilliant products and excellent customer service. I have ordered several blinds from here now, replacement slats and new roller blinds. Extremely well made and put together. Lots of customisation options available. Very cost effective option for updating your home.
I made a mistake with the slats but purchased the insurance, it was my fault because I misinterpreted the guide regarding
the recess and “exact” measurements. This would have been a very costly error but for sake of £4.95 surefit and £9.95 redelivery they remade the whole order after a quick phone call. I’m a competent person but even I make mistakes from time. You won’t be disappointed buying from here but please purchase sure fit just as insurance.

everything was great, right up to the delivery, they split the delivery in 2, one was great, the other, not so. driver caused damage to my property and told lies about being told to leave the parcel where he did by us! not vertical blinds fault, but can't understand why the order was divided between 2 different couriers.

A great range and quality. Pricing good, let down by a poor courier delivery service on the larger blind ordered.

Well made blinds, well packaged and delivered exactly when they should have been. Vertical Blinds Direct kept me informed, and the fitting instructions were easy to follow. The blinds were to install recessed windows, and they fitted perfectly.
