Please don’t use this company they are
Fraud and over charged on flight. Not a trusted company and don’t deserve a 1 star either. Terrible company and staff! And purchase within 24 hours price drop they made up no refund on ticket. They took the money!!

I have not seen such terrible and pathetic service by any of the travel agents in my whole life. I was robbed off my 200$ which they charged me extra and have no intention to return it back. It has already been more than 10 months that I booked the ticket. I have tried to call more than a 100 times to check on the reimbursement and to my utter disgust, all i see is disappointment. I have received many emails from their CARE team that i would get my money back but it never happens. No one takes the responsibility, they also send you an iternary and get you signed up but eventually they book you for a totally different iternary and timings. I feel so hopeless and helpless with the way they have handled my case.

Please don't use their services, I had worst experience using it.
I will be sending legal notice to them as they charge more amount than ticket price.

While booking the ticket they asked me extra dollars to make reschedule easy but when I reschedule my journey, they again charged $350 apart from airline charges.

I would give zero stars if possible.

Worst travel agency ever. They are fraudulent company in partnership with TripFur. Their mission is to scam and rip customers of their money . Once they get the money their work is done. Party time .

They scammed us of 7000 USD mentioning that airlines cancelled the flights. AirFrance confirmed that it was them who cancelled our reservation last minute and they did nothing about it. They don’t refund money. It’s in their company policy.

All good reviews are in fact created by their team members to attract customers.... BEWARE!!!!!!!

Punish them guys. Don’t let them get away playing games with customers mindset and money.

I booked 2 ticket's, but had to cancel one. And trust me, it was a really sad and exhausting experience with the customer service. Now I am waiting for the refund of that cancelled ticket as they promised me it will be done within 4-5 weeks. However it's already more than 5 weeks. I hope nobody ever get such an experience. So, it's better you find another option. They are really bad at customer service level. I haven't given any bad review like this yet, but reservation aka vertotravels deserve even bad review than this one.

I would give them zero if i could. They are extremely sweet and tell you all BS when you book your tickets but will rudely redirect you to talkto the airlines if there is an issue with thebooking they had done. They booked my flight and said its confirmed but when it comes to checkin the status shows standby. There is abdolutely no help from them, you are on your ownnow since you paid them.

Miscommunication from them 3 times, changed the fair in 5 mins, always rush you out to book the tickets. I Wasted time my time, you don’t.

Booked a flight. Flight was cancelled (They notified me AFTER the departure time to tell me it was cancelled.) No alternative flight offered. No responses from the airlines . No refund. And all my family was waiting at the airport to send me off but they have to wait 6-7hrs for nothing. I have to report my work place at 15th aug but, They have arranged a alternate flight after a day which is useless
Loss of money, Loss of time, No peace of mind etc

Had an awesome experience, the sales person saurabh really helped a lot in finding the best deal for my trip to Hyderabad. Will definitely book again with them .
