I hired a car from this company last year and there were scratches which i noticed before i started my riding , when i returned the car i asked some one in the car park in park lane to handover the car to him , he said its ok just park it , after 2 weeks i received an email saying am responsible for these scratches and they deucted £250 from my account withou any right , i felt like its an act of theft , i requested my bank to stop the payment because its un authorised but they never did

Submitted two quote requests on their website with my contact details. No response so I went back onto their website to see the prices/quote details for each model had been pulled. A little courteousy goes a long way.

Ronnie Fisher was excellent and got me my car in a very short space of time after I had many let downs in previous years with other companies. Would thoroughly recommend him and his team .

Ordered Hyundai Kona with a relatively short time window due to existing lease deal coming to a close and needed a replacement on similar terms. All went to plan, delivered on agreed date. Good service as far as I am concerned all round - mention for Simon B in particular.

Ordered a new Ford Puma which was delivered within 2 weeks. Great efficient service from enquiring about the car through to quick delivery.

What a straight forward, no nonsense company Vertu are. We had an electric vehicle on order with a competitor and after many delayed arrival dates we eventually cancelled and started looking elsewhere. This is when we stumbled across Vertu. An online enquiry was swiftly followed up with a return phone call from Simon. He couldn't have been more helpful, honest and straight forward. We have also dealt with Janette who has also been a dream to work with. No hidden fees, sales patter, just an honest, friendly, affordable service. This company have far exceeded our expectations and delivered on every assurance they made to us. Cannot recommended them highly enough. Good service from the start. Bit of delay in receiving the car but was kept up to date with developments. Car is excellent as are the staff.

Just had delivery of our new VW Polo and happy to report all went smoothly with no issues. As always Vertu deliver very competitive pricing and makes choosing them a no brainer.

Despite having numerous delays and receiving the car in January not the previous September as promised I have updated this review. Janette was very helpful and despite having to keep ringing me with bad news of delays, she was always polite. In the end she made arrangements for us to receive the car earlier than expected so should be commended for this.

The entire process from first enquiry to delivery was excellent. Very professional and would certainly recommend and use again

Simon was great, miles better than a couple of other firms i contacted. Responded quickly and had a solution to me within an hour or two. Will definitely be using Vertu motors again.

I couldn’t recommend vertu lease cars enough! From my initial inquiry about a business lease right up to the day of delivery I was kept updated on the progress of the new vehicle. And of the many questions I had regarding the vehicle (there were quite a few) they could not have been more accommodating. I have used other leasing companies as well as dealerships in the past and vertu lease cars have been the best by far. Special mention to Andrew Tatters and the team. Excellent service.
