My order arrived so quickly and I absolutely love the liquorice mint and matcha teas. The only disappointment is the fact that the BB date of the matcha tea is 06/24, which doesn’t give me much time to finish the jar 😳😢

Good tea bags, however they rip a little easily when tying the string and they could be a little bigger.

Prompt service from ordering to delivering. I love my Very Craftea teas, especially the peppermint. I’ve ordered a couple of taster bags as well this time and I look forward to trying those for the first time. They’re all the best quality teas.

Within an hour of me purchasing someone email me to not only thank me but just confirm that the details were correct which was a nice touch. The fact I can also buy such a large bag means it’s good value. I would like a bigger bag as I know the quality and taste of this and would like the most possible for the cheapest possible price, but then again who wouldn’t lol. For reference, I am very careful with my money and I did not hesitate in buying the most expensive biggest bag.

Supporting an individual business is great, the delivery is fast and she is always on hand to give advice where needed.
