Your company and customer service agents are Excellent, their knowledge about your products is first class. You are number 1 in the UK for body armour in my opinion and will highly recommend you to my colleagues should they require and body armour. I'm one very satisfied customer. We've deliberately engineered EveAid to not rely on a noxious or harmful substance (this is why you didn't feel anything because it has to be non-toxic and non-irritant), so it can be carried lawfully whilst still providing practical help in a confrontation.
EveAid is an aerosol spray that emits a strong, unpleasant (but harmless) odour and applies a UV-visible marker (invisible to the naked eye) detectable under UV light unlike other sprays that emits a colour that can be washed off. It is not designed to cause pain, injury, or respiratory distress.
EveAid is designed to deter, disrupt, and aid identification, not to injure or incapacitate. That is a constraint of UK law, and we work within it. Our goal is to create a moment to disengage and escape, and to help Police identify a suspect. We encourage getting to safety and Eveaid aids in providing every precious moment to be able to do so.
EveAid is one layer in a broader personal-safety approach. We’re transparent that the primary benefits are deterrence, disruption, and identification.

Website is easy to navigate the selection of equipment and accessories is good and simple to select the level of protection your after. I ordered my product after reading TC order was placed easy checkout. The next day had a call from customer service informed me that my items were being made and the time it would take staff were friendly and clear. The armour I received was in pristine condition well made and solid definitely would trust my life on this I hope I never need it but if I do I know it will take the hit

Great customer service, fast shipping, great quality products.
I had been shopping around as I was in desperate need for some new overt/covert armour as a doorman in London, as my old gear just wasn't up to par/aesthetics for the type of gigs I mostly do these days.
Shout out to Summer Clarke, as she promptly responded to all my queries and an impromptu phone call whilst I was on shift (cheeky me!). She gave me all the necessary information I required and has helped me through from purchasing, to sending off my old armour to them for recycling.
All in all, with VestGuard you'll receive very quick shipping (if in stock, if not, they'll let you know) and good quality service and products. Looking forward to my next purchase with them!
