Never ever buy from these again I've…

Never ever buy from these again I've sent back two jumpers to the adress I was given I've sent proff of the returns now they say it went to the wrong adress so how do I get my £59 back it's a lose discusting

Hello Ms Ingle,

The proof of postage you provided shows sadly you sent this to the wrong address. The post code on your proof of postage was not to us. It is for this very situation that we ask customers keep proof of postage, it allows us to track and ensure we received it and also verify a customer did post it and sent it to the right place.

On this same issue you have now left us two 1 star reviews. The first before we had even been notified of a problem and had chance to ask for proof of postage. The second now this to indicate we are 'implying' it went to the wrong address. The proof of postage clearly shows this was the case we would never accuse a customer of making a mistake without the proof of it.

As I hope you can appreciate we cannot refund for items sent to the wrong location by a customer and we are greatly saddened you have not taken responsibility for this mishap. Our only suggestion is to speak to royal mail to see if you can track down the return and get it routed to us.

Without it however we cannot be held responsible for a package being lost by being sent to the wrong place.

Poor quality

Ordering and delivery were great and as expected! The quality of the £38.00 dress I purchased was absolutely shocking, I pulled the arm down a little and the ruffle ripped and this was in the first 10 minutes of wearing it.

We're sorry to hear this, for an item to break in such an easy way this has to be a fault in the manufacture and we'd need the item back to see what happened and of course issue a refund. I've personally never heard of a sleeve just ripping from a light tug and this is certainly not reflective of the range or quality we sell but of a one off rare fault.

We don't have your details but if you used the automated service it is important you create a ticket. We have see people get prompted by the system that a ticket will be made but then leaving before providing their contact email. As a customer with an order please use the returns procedure to send an item back and we will always resolve it for you this way.

Our customer services is not working usual hours due to covid restrictions however we are doing our very best to ensure everyone gets replied to as quickly as possible.

Outrageous customer service

I was told by the help desk not to return my item whilst they were closed - I returned the item on 29/05/2020 once they had reopened and I have heard nothing. I have emailed now 3 times and had no response whatsoever. I don't believe they are working with a backlog of 5 weeks!!!! Either way, I would expect some form of communication as this is just rude! Awful company. First AND LAST time I will be buying from them

As per our email exchange, we were temporarily closed due to COVID and once we reopened we advised that you would now be able to send your order back for a return, we then processed your return and your refund was made on 8th June. We have an automatic email that is sent at the time an order is exchanged/refunded and I am sorry that it appears you did not get this, as explained I believe it must have gone to a spam/junk folder, however as per our email to you today I can confirm that your refund was paid on 8th June. No refund faulty dress

First time ordered dress arrived with hole informed them within a hour of receiving sent back the next day. They received on Monday 22nd. No refund and I have sent two emails no reply. Never use this company again first and last time

Still awaiting for refund on postage
