Phoned round local vets as my dog had an accident at 10 o'clock at night. Phoned local vets got an answer machine telling me to call back in the morning which was useless. Phone Charnwood and got a very experienced vet on the other side of the phone advising me what to do and telling me he could see me in half and hour at the surgery. This is the kind of service a pet owner wants.
I have been with Charnwood since 2008, and still with them today, knowledge is amazing, staff are absolutely lovely, and will continue with them for as long as I have dogs.
I rang Charnwood on Tue 27/5/25 enquiring about moving my dogs to them. The lady that answered didn't seem to really know how to handle such an enquiry. She said worm and flea is dependant on weight. I know that, had dogs for 12 years. She took my details for a vet to ring me, it's now Friday 30th. So we'll give Charnwood a miss, if they can't get something basic right from the start......
