My little dachshund was very poorly, I took her in as an emergency and the two staff were wonderful. They talked me through everything, what they will do and why and kept me updated throughout the night on her progress. They also helped me through the claim process and made a difficult time a bit easier for use.

Just a very unpleasant experience, very poorly organised with the staff being unsure of where equipment, medicines etc were located.
Other than providing antibiotics it felt a pretty pointless visit and very expensive antibiotics.
Next time we will either wait for our regular vet or find a freelance vet.

Both members of staff couldn’t have been kinder. They could see how obviously stressed I was and took the time to explain what procedures they were going to do. Also like to mention the guy at your call centre who was very kind and patient

Honest, transparent and trustworthy. Amazing service over the bank holiday weekend. Greatly appreciated.

The care received was fine however the billing was criminal. No wonder the Government are intervening. Out and out profiteering. £35 admin fee on top of the exorbitant fees and super inflated drugs prices. Really? You should be ashamed. Taking advantage of pets' distress and caring owners.
You are in the same league as lawyers, estate agents and journalists and currently top of the table. Your greed is indefensible so don't even try.

The experience was great but the cost was eye watering.... Even D ick turpin wears a mask.
I understand it was out of hours but it was £300 before we walked through the door

The vets were amazing agreeing to see my poorly Hen. They were very thorough and methodical and gave us good guidance and for out of hours I thought the price was very reasonable considering the length of time we were there.

Very good however upon getting home it was not very clear on how to administer the meds we were given, but excellent service otherwise especially as it was Christmas Day !

Friendly and caring practice. My dog was dealt with very efficiently with plenty of explanation, and is recovering well - with grateful thanks!
Making an insurance claim for the vet to be paid direct turned out to be complex - recommend settling the full bill then make a personal claim instead.

My dog needed out of hours emergency treatment on his 13th birthday....
All the staff, Lorenzo, Fiona, the vet nurse and reception staff were amazing in their treatment of Dexter and in their approach to my wife and I. If you ever need help then do not hesitate to pick up the phone to them as they were simply amazing in all areas. Thank you all.

My dog became ill at 8.20pm I rang out of hours they said £324 just to be seen without treatment it was a good job we could afford it but what would they do if u couldn’t turn u away

Reply from Vets Now - Kendal
We can’t fault the treatment our rabbit received. The vet we saw was very thorough.
The only criticism is the eye watering bill we received because it was out of hours.

A horror show from first call to six hours later when my dog finally died. Horrific and traumatising I will never ever use them again.
They charged me £440 and did nothing except listen to my dogs heart while she died on her own, unable to get a line into her because they had delayed phoning me back.
